When I first arrived I needed assistance. The one lady I saw there was all over the place, but when I asked for her assistance she didn't seem to want to help me. I was told to wait for some other guy, who took about ten minutes to arrive. He immediately began to ring up a few people, that came... More

This is a nice Mall bookstore. But I think they got rid of the coffee shop as there is no longer one inside the store. The prices are pretty much retail and not discounted off of the cover prices.

Moved in the mall and went upscale. Used to have a lot of sales and discounts, now it looks like mostly near or at retail. Used to order a lot on line but haven't checked website lately.

This is a decent bookstore and coffee shop setup. I liked the coffee, and there was a good bargain bin as well--major draw for me!

Last time I visited I wandered around for quite a while (probably 45 minutes) and was not greeted by a single employee, much less asked if I required help. The books were barely alphabetized, and the categories were jumbled. I believe I ordered something from the café once, but I do not remember it so it must not have been... More

I've been to several BAM book stores and this one is by far the most disorganized in "feel." The magazines are located on the very back wall and you have to walk around a bunch of bookshelves to get to it. I saw a disabled customer trying to make their way to the back wall and was getting frustrated with... More

I bought a Nook eReader last week but it turned out to be a defective item. They refuse to deal with the problem. They said the item was in good condition when they shipped the item. The package looked good. Maybe mail man caused the problem. They even let me contact Barnes and Noble company instead of replacing it. It... More
