Great way to spend some time on a cool afternoon! The owners are great and easy to work with. If you’re new to this type of entertainment, they help guide you in the right direction. We did the beginners room which was still challenging for us. Now that we understand it, we’re ready to try another!

This is soo much fun! I did this with myself and 3 other friends and it was exciting and intense. After going the first time to do Facility 39 and making it out successfully, we went back in the same week to try another room Carnival of Mysteries. We had so much fun that we did 2 rooms in one week! 12/10 absolutely recommend! Very excited to try Port Ranter Mutiny and the new rooms soon to come!

We had a wonderful time!! Room was exciting and challenging. The host was helpful and kind. Overall experience great. Looking forward to returning and escaping another room soon!!

If you have never been to an escape room before it might be fun the same way Chucky cheese might be good if you never had pizza before. This is a very low end version of what escape rooms are. The guy working asked how we liked it and then seemed mad when we offered feedback. Overall it was well below other escape rooms we have played.

Worlds Away Escape is located on the historic winchester walking mall. Jason and Sofi were amazing hosts and took the time to answer all our questions. Our group of 4 escaped 2 rooms and had so much fun in both! Such fun puzzles and surprises, good for all ages!

Wow! What a fun experience! I was lucky enough to try two rooms and they were both so different but both incredibly created! It’s so impressive the detail Jason and Sofi have put into their rooms and they are the perfect hosts! I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have a fun and memorable experience!

World's Away Escape is a refreshing change of pace from the typical dinner and movie thing. Three friends and I did the Spanish-mausoleum themed room this weekend, and we we had a blast!
As you solve the mystery, you might discover you have leadership or problem-solving skills that you didn't know you had. Also, it's just a fun atmosphere so even though I'm in my mid-30s, for that hour I was a kid again on an adventure with my friends.
You have 1 hour to escape the room, so you can fit it into a day even when you're pressed for time. Also, World's Away Escape Room is on the Winchester Walking Mall so before or after your escape, you are just steps away from bars, cafes, shops, restaurants, and so on.
I would highly recommend this as an activity for:
Double-dates
Families
Entertaining out-of-town guests
Friends Groups
Team-building

I absolutely had a blast. My team did the pirate themed room and solved it just in time. It was more complex than I thought it would be, which made it so much fun. I'm impressed with the person who made it all up and built it! It was fun to chat with him about the process, too! I definitely recommend this to anyone in the area. He says he changes the rooms out several times a year, so I'd love to come back next time I'm in town.
