I love Yankee Candle and their flagship store was amazing. I was in the store for 3 hours and my family finally had to drag me out of there! We made our own candles at Wax Works, visited Santa in the Christmas store, found retired favorites and snacked on their popcorn. I could have spent the entire day in there!

This place has a unique feel to it with painted ceilings, a clock that opens up to a performing 'band', a huge fountain with tables and chairs to chill and eat popcorn from popcornopolis or fudge. The Christmas room with twinkling stars and train that runs around the top lacked on thing: the snow. The 'snow' is now limited to... More

My young daughter and I went to this store one day during our first vacation to Williamsburg. There were a lot of nice items to choose from and my daughter loved the place. It was kid friendly with a candy room, fudge shop, toy room and in the Christmas shop it snows every four minutes and there are visits from... More

We walked into the candle area. Ah, it smelled SO good. After perusing the candles, we walked through the creative area for kids...making wax hands, sand creations, candy creations and shopping. Then we headed to Yankee Christmas...complete with falling snow, real Santa, train cirvling overhead, and shopping. There were a few other small shopping areas. We went back to the... More

We were recently in Williamsburg and were told by friends that we must go to Yankee Candle. It was very nice! It not only had candle but many nice gift items. You can even get your hands waxed for a reasonable price which was very interesting to watch. You can get ice cream and there is a very nice Christmas... More

This place was huge, it had all different type of items. We looked around and shopped for well over an hour. My son did the hand wax mold and loved it, but beware it is very delicate, it broke before we got home a few days later. The Christmas shop was beautiful. Don't expect to run in and out you... More

This Yankee Candle Store is a signature store and there are only two in the United States. The store has all the Yankee candles you can imagine. You can make your own candle, you can dip candles in different colors etc. Inside the store you will find a toy store, a Christmas store with fake snow drifting down from the... More

During our vacation trip to Williamsburg we took one day to tour the various unique shops along Richmond Avenue (Route 60) north of Colonial Williamsburg, avoiding the outlet malls. We stopped at several stores but the biggest, most impressive, and certainly the most fun was the Yankee Candle. Yankee Candle is famous for its candles but its store in Williamsburg... More

Almost skipped this but SO glad we didn't! Forty-eight-year old dad and 15-year-old daughter had a BLAST. It's NOT just candles, though there are lots of those, but also food, home decor, kitchen gadgets and goods, a HUGE Christmas area with hundreds of awesome items, a beautiful courtyard area, and so much more. This is one of the best visits... More
