The kids had a blast at this place! Laser tag was lots of fun, and there are so many bounce houses! The place was clean and there was plenty of seating for the adults. Staff was friendly and helpful and didn’t “hover,” as can happen with this type of place. Arcade games were reasonably priced and snacks and drinks were as well. If you’re on the fence about going, hop on over and go!

We've been coming for a few years now (starting when it was Inflation Nation). We come down to Williamsburg a couple times a year. We (the parents) love the historical stuff. Our kids are learning to love it in smaller doses. At least once on each trip, we spend the afternoon at the Bounce House. Our 3 kids LOVE it. There are a large number or very large bounce houses and at least one appropriate for the smaller kids. Adults are welcome in the bounce houses or you can sit in one of the plentiful chairs. There are also some picnic tables which we usually sit at to enjoy the free Wifi. There aren't a lot of staff to monitor things but I don't think that's a problem. It's our job as parents to monitor our kids. We've not had any problems and our kids always seem to make some new friends. I would bring a pack of sanitizing wipes for the tables/chairs. There are a lot of kids coming through. Oh - we also find this an affordable activity for the kids and they are worn out when we leave. There are also in/out privileges so they can bounce for a while, get some pizza at Cici's next door and then go back and bounce. My husband and I take turns going to Artistic Nail Salon next door for pedicures. It really is a great afternoon for all of us.

This is one of the largest inflatable playscapes we have visited. The kids were not easily bored and the adults are even allowed in the inflatables as well. Very fun!!

I brought my 5 grandkids after they begged me. They were there 5 minutes and wanted to leave, all except the three year old. Place was clean and the staff friendly. The bounce items were only so so as they were all individually placed. They older kids did like the laser tag and that is where we should have spent all the money. Inside the bounce area were a lot of arcade games and you know kids and arcade games and the money pit it becomes.

While I know that bounce places are a safe haven for germs this one takes the cake. This is the filthiest bounce place I have ever taken my child. The bounce structures do not appear to have been cleaned in months. They were gray to black in high traffic areas. There is no employee supervision. I went on a Friday morning. There were two employees at the front desk and no other employees that I could identify. Parents deemed this as a free time for them. The parents allowed 3 and 4 year olds to roam freely while they sat and talked. There were no adults to stop child from being mean. They were pushing other children and preventing them from moving in the bounce structure. I had to assist some kids that were being bullied because there was no staff or parents near by to do so. On check in there is no marking system to ensure payment and no system to ensure that a kid leaves with the right adult. I have stopped in bounce locations in many states and this is the first without an entry and exit system. The worse part is the filth! FLITHY, FLITHY, FLITHY. Save your $8. Let them keep their germs.

Very friendly staff - Clean facility - Tons of jump houses and games to keep kids occupied for hours. Pricing was very cheap for as much as they have to offer. They give you a wrist band so you can leave and come back the same day. They also offer military discount. We would definitely go back.

Entry fee is good for all day use...ask for your military (or other) discount! Chairs for adults to semi-supervise kids. Every single bounce-thing you could imagine. This looks like it would be a GREAT place for a birthday party. Kids can burn crazy energy and adults can relax and recharge. Staff is friendly. Rules are basic and reasonable. Will come back again, for sure.

I bring my daughter here during the week, especially during the colder months. There are plenty of bounce houses for her to play on and it keeps her entertained for hours. The owners are really nice too :) A great local business!

TAG recently relocated to this location. If you look for it from the street or parking lot, you will not find it. It shares the building with the Bounce House, which you can find.
Our son and group of friends were there on a weekend. They had to share a game with another group, which had an adult. One or two had some problems with the guns, and the adult totally owned the game, So our kids did not have much fun. Restrooms are in the Bounce House side of building. If you have a party there, pizza is provided by CiCi's which is at opposite end of this building.
I expect that TAG will have improvements, and I wish them well. But I do not think we will be back.

Thank you for your review. It has taken quite some time for us to respond because simply... you were pretty dead on. We take all customer feedback very seriously and are always making changes based on that feedback to enhance the TAG experience. I would like to mention some of the changes that have happened since your review: We definitely used to be a bit tough to find. Most GPS maps still had us at our old location and we were indeed hard to see from the street. Now we have a nice lighted sign and all map sites that we know of have the correct address. If you come during open play you will still join in with other customers but we have fine tuned our missions and made things much more new player friendly. We did experience some equipment issues for a time. Our gear is truly cutting edge technology and we always have the latest firmware. There have been many improvements to both the hardware and software of our system and the experience is now truly unique and amazing. Once again, thank you for your review, it was valuable to us. We do hope you give us another try since we are pretty sure you will really love the changes.
