About
Our small farm winery is nestled on the western slope of the Blue Ridge mountains. We are located in the Shenandoah Valley in Page county, known for its rural character and scenic beauty, between the towns of Luray and Stanley. This is a working farm and vineyard; we also have a flock of natural-colored Romney sheep as well as free-roaming chickens. We invite you to come out and enjoy a day in the country. Bring a picnic and wander around the farm and vineyard or just sit on our deck, enjoying the wine and the surroundings. Well-behaved pets are allowed on a short leash. Children are allowed, but must stay at the table with you at all times. Our animals are not pets, so please do not bother or chase them.

Recent visit not so great
Sep 2021 • Couples
My husband and I have visited here in the past, and had had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time we visited service was poor and the overall condition of the place seemed to have deteriorated.

It was great!
Aug 2021 • Couples
We popped in for a flight and had a great time! We read reviews that said it was very anti-children, but everyone was very welcoming to us with our 3-month old baby. The wines were on the sweet and quirky side, delicious and refreshing on a hot summer day. All the staff were very friendly. We’ll be back!

Very Rude
Jan 2021 • Family
We knocked on the door per the sign and when the woman opened the door there was no greeting. It was instant awkwardness. My husband and I walked in with our 6 year old and were gruffly told “all children need to stay right next to you at all times”...We aren’t kids, we are 49 year old adults that stopped to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine while our son played quietly on an iPad. My son was told not to pet the cat before he even noticed a cat. It was downhill from there. Another couple knocked and she let them stand there for 5 minutes. When they knocked again she huffed over and was horribly rude to them. I’m not expecting Napa but goodness this is a business right?!? Customer service much?!?! To boot the wine was horrendous unless you like liquid burnt bandaids. Don’t go here unless you are a huge fan of being treated like crap.

Great Setting for a Small Winery
Oct 2020
A beautiful farm setting for some wine tasting. We found two wines we thought were nice - Adonis and Survel; the others we tried were just OK. We were able to sit outside, enjoy a fire and some folk music on a Saturday. Very nice staff. Best one we could find in proximity to Luray.

Not enjoyable
Aug 2020 • Couples
Everyone has different taste preferences when it comes to wine. 4 of us stopped for a tasting after visiting Luray Caverns. I prefer dry white wines. I tasted 3 whites and 1 red blend. The other 3 adults with me tasted a mix of other wines offered - whites, blends and red. Honestly none of us enjoyed what we tasted. It cost $8 per tasting and after a sip of each type we left. Everything I tasted was sweeter than I like (even though I got the driest choices offered). Overall unimpressed.

Enjoyed the Farm and Wine
Jun 2020 • Couples
It was a real nice find. Very entertaining watching all the cute animals while sipping a refreshing Seyval wine. We enjoyed the porch after a day on the hiking trail and bought some wine to go. Sorry we missed the music that was scheduled.

Worth the drive
Aug 2019
Off the beaten path, quaint winery that only sells in their local area. Wonderful farm and vineyard. Inviting location with a beautiful Wisteria plant intertwined in the lattice overhead. Wondering chickens, roosters, cats, sheep. The wine wasn't too bad either. Take some time to stop by for a very pleasant afternoon.

Great wine tasting
May 2019 • Friends
This was the first winery we stopped at and turned out to be the last! This property is stunning and we decided to spend the afternoon here instead of continuing on.
For $8 you are able to taste 8 wines and keep the glass. You are then able to purchase additional wine by the glass or bottle and are free to roam the property. We made our way down to the creek and spent some time down there before making our way back up to the beautiful garden swing and picnic table. Highly recommend a visit here

Worth wine tasting - nice atmosphere
Nov 2018 • Couples
While most of the wines were on the sweeter side (which we don’t like), there were a few nice varieties we tried and were worth the trip. The Carmine (2016) was outstanding . That made the trip worth it. Chardonnay wasn’t bad at all. The rest was not very good, but still it was worth it.

A few unique varietals
Nov 2018 • Couples
This is a beautiful, small winery with several grapes you don't often (if ever) find in Virginia. The owners were lovely to talk to and knowledgeable of their wines. The wines were off dry, so slightly sweeter than you typically find in the area. They were well balanced and enjoyable. The dessert wine was wonderful - far more enjoyable than an actual ice wine that is thick and cloying. Definitely worth a stop.
