Nice facility. Our group plays a best ball format, with quite a few who only golf once per year. Either the on course marshal was not aware of this or chose to ignore it. This... read more

Course has improved over the last two years. It was in terrible neglected shape and the new owners, Raspberry Golf, are working hard to being this back to the masterpiece it was. Great layout.

I didn't want to face DC rush hour and my GPS brought this one up. What a break! I've played courses all over PA, MD, DC, VA, and NC, and this one blew my mind. Challenging, with fair tee boxes for all levels, great shape including the bunkers, which is getting hard to find these days, and a twilight super... More

Terrible golf course in the middle of a subdivision. The greens were horrible and the staff were all so rude. Not to mention the impatient golfers who would not let me take my mind. It's like their members of this golf course thought they were better then me and because I was a woman, I couldn't play properly. I was... More

If you happen to be in Stafford, Fredericksburg, Quantico Virginia area and play golf ... Augustine Golf Course is highly recommended. It's a very challenging course.

Nice facility. Our group plays a best ball format, with quite a few who only golf once per year. Either the on course marshal was not aware of this or chose to ignore it. This marshal was heavy-handed in insisting maintaining pace of play, even to foursomes that were maintaining an appropriate pace. Our group interacted w/the foursome immediately behind... More

Just played the course and was very pleased with the overall conditions. The greens are still a little rough but roll pretty true. The fairways and fought were very good. Still has a great layout and the staff was very nice as always. It is nice to see the course starting to shape up.

My father and I played this month and as two golfers who shoot in the 70's and 80's. I can tell you do not play here, no matter where you book it. There are little to no markers available, there will be a 170ish marker within five yards of the 150 stick. The $5 yardage book is actually wrong cause... More

Fairways are very barren, with little to no grass on many holes. Tee boxes also with high grass or little, but teeing up your shot helps with the issue. Upside is that greens are good and staff is friendly too. Nice pro shop and practice facilities. Hopefully, they can get the fairway issues resolved soon?

Played 3 courses in area recently all had their merits but this was the best visually with the layout in the main visible from tee. Greens run true and fast especially for time of year. Fairways etc in good nick and of a decent width. Well worth a visit.

Great course, nice layout... had a lot of fun playing the course, staff members were great and friendly. Only lost one ball, but an interesting layout for the course. I will be back!
