My little guy and I always enjoy the shady trees for a short walk in the summertime! Now that the dog release area has no code needed we stay a little longer.

Great walking /running trails, areas to go kayaking/canoeing/fishing. Separate biking trails. Benches along trails for a rest. We walk ilthe trails at least 5 days a week depending on the weather.

With walking and biking trails, and convenient parking near the water, I was impressed by the big-city feel of this exercise and relaxation area. We enjoyed watching kayakers, boaters, fishermen, and abundant wildlife within the span of an hour.

This trail is quite an easy walk so it is really good for all age groups. It is part sun shine and mostly shady. There are port-a-pots in two locations. The wild life is everywhere. There are picnic tables and grills for our convenience. Great...More
