The Berglund Center now has new seats and a new scoreboard and looks great. Hard to believe the building is 45 years old. Great place to watch a hockey game. Sound system could be better and I believe that is on tap for next year. Overall, friendly staff.

Finding out at the last minute about Bob Dylan playing at the Berglund Center while on a girls weekend near Charlottesville, we got tickets to go. When we got to the parking lot we were asked for a parking pass-it was news to us. We were directed to a free parking garage 7 traffic lights away, with a shuttle back.... More

We were in Roanoke for the Arts and Crafts Show and truly enjoyed the personality of this venue. We will return to Roanoke in the future to enjoy the Berglund Center again.

Small venue for concerts which makes it fan friendly. Concessions are good and there are numerous places to purchase food and drinks. Wine and beer are served and prices are reasonable. Getting out of the parking lot takes time so if you are far from an exit expect 45 minutes to get out !!! Getting in is just as bad... More

For years, I always knew this venue as the Roanoke Civic Center. Now, it is the Berglund Center. I have been to many concerts, plays, Methodist conferences, Miss Virginia Pageants, and sporting events at the Center. The seats are great - there isn't a bad one in the house. I like to get online and look at the seating charts... More

Since its transition to the Berglund Center, I do see improvements happening here gradually. Seating is updated, things seems cleaner than in the past. The Center is getting a good variety of entertainment and crowd drawing events, from concerts to conventions and gun or craft shows. Our only complaint is the restrooms; they are so strangely positioned with men's on... More

Went there for a concert and it was real nice. Parking lot is large, but still needs more parking areas. Inside was nice.

We went to jurassic quest , what a joke. We tried to stay but after 30 mins, long line at every station we decided to leave. The other patrons made it hard to he in such a small space with so many people who obviously hadn't bathed in a while, very unpleasant experience as to many people were allowed to... More
