Memorable Moment
Sep 2021 • Friends
I really enjoyed the wine, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. I was wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive from the four state area to experience a venue that encompasses all making any celebration and intimate moments worthwhile.

Disappointing
Sep 2021 • Couples
The vineyard is a beautiful location and the grounds are well maintained. Other than that, nothing is very good. The wine “flights” are small pours and expensive. A three wine flight, with only about a one ounce pour, was $12. Glasses were about $12 each, with bottles averaging greater than $50, although there were a few less than that. The wine is mediocre at best, with very little distinction between the reds I tasted. At those prices, I expected much better wine. Of the few staff we encountered, they were unfriendly and basically disinterested, almost the feeling that they are doing you a favor. This area has significant number of wineries around, there are much better options.

Wonderful Afternoon
Aug 2021 • Friends
This was my first time visiting Breaux but I will be back. I had some out of town guests and wanted to find something to do that we could also social distance. I found Breaux on Yelp and am so glad I did. We ordered a carafe of sangria which was delicious and also did a wine tasting. My friends ordered from the kitchen and I got the Lox in a Box. I was happy to know that you can bring your own food as well which works for me being on a special diet. Lisa at one of the bars inside was especially helpful and we greatly appreciate it. Can’t wait to go back.

Had the worst experience with Breaux!
Sep 2020
We booked a wedding date at Breaux which happened to occur during Covid (August 2020). We had to reschedule of course since it was during the worst time during Covid. Not only did they say if we cancel, they would take 50% of the total fee ($6500), they also charged us an EXTRA REBOOKING FEE OF 10% ($650) in order to move the wedding date to the next year!! NO OTHER WEDDING VENDOR we booked charged a rebooking fee! During Covid, you would think vendors would be extra understanding (i.e. people weren't paying mortgages and rent because of the moratorium and support during this difficult time), but this Vineyard charges us an extra fee! Monk's BBQ on the other hand (where we were going to do the rehearsal dinner) gave us back our entire deposit in the form of a gift card. Magnolia's at the Mill (who was going to cater the wedding reception refunded us our entire deposit as well without a moment's hesitation). We ultimately ended up canceling the wedding here due to other family issues (so we lost $3250 plus the extra rebooking fee of $650 - so they took $3900 from us for having done absolutely nothing except give us worry, headache, stress, and lack of support and understanding during an already stressful wedding planning time during Covid). I honestly was glad we didn't end up getting married here because they left such a bad taste in our mouths mostly due to the rebooking fee (I understand the deposit loss even though it's a huge amount, but the rebooking fee was unreasonable), PLUS the lack of empathy from their owner Jennifer Breaux was rude and disheartening. Whitney, the booking manager, was fine though - I think she really tried her best to be responsive and help us out - but the owner just didn't care. We are all hurting here during Covid - a little sensitivity and understanding during a difficult time goes a long way! Don't book your wedding here - if there's even the smallest chance of rescheduling or having to cancel. You WON'T get a penny back!

Lovely place to visit
Jul 2021 • Couples
Lovely place to be to enjoy good wine and scenic atmosphere. A place you can come with family and friends (and pets). There is good entertainment as well. We enjoy it every time we visit.

Great Estate
Dec 2020 • Solo
A great winery with very kind people serving a unique collection of wines. You can enjoy wines inside or out. If you bring a puppy, there is a special and comfortable room where you both may enjoy your time there.

They are very nice.

Spent a wonderful afternoon at Breaux vineyard with a group of 25 people. It was beautiful scenery with a nice relaxed atmosphere, plenty of space to spread out. The staff was great. Highly recommended.
