Although the chocolatier here thinks chocolate should be savoury, I forgive him as the chocolates he creates are divine - I even tried and bought the sea salt version!. Beautiful little chocolate animals made a great take home gift for my children too.

If you are a re a chocolate lover then one must drop into Schoc Chocolates to taste the many different home made varieties. Staff are very friendly & helpful which makes visiting the shop worth the effort if staying around Greytown or Martinborough.

Small store with a great range of chocolates. There were so many options to try. We enjoyed the experience and wished that we had purchased more.

Schoc Chocolates has a little shop in Greytown and offers some unique flavours amongst their chocolate range.

The good thing is that they offer samples of anything that you are interested in trying.

Some that I tried included curry and pampadums, smoked almond, kiwi fruit, rosemary and apricot and bitter peppermint.

Worth a visit.

Well worth the stop as you pass through or visit the Wairarapa.
Beautifully made chocolate with so many flavours to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful too.
I chose a range from the cabinet and the burnt butter chocolate was amazing!

Friendly helpful service and great product knowledge. Very happy to provide tasting samples and great to taste a few before committing to a purchase. Some really interesting flavours and combinations. Chocolate bars are $13 so not at the cheap end of the price range.

Really neat to be able to taste before you buy, friendly staff and high quality chocolate products. Great for gifts but a bit expensive for us to just buy and eat ourselves!

This is a small shop but packs a big punch. you can watch the chocolates being hand made and can taste some of the unusual but delicious chocolate bars they have available.

From "chilli Lime" and pink peppercorn to the more traditional sea salt the choice is wide and delicious.

The hand made truffle chocolates are as delicious as they look. We bought a small selection and so fat the"Tequilla, salt & lime" has been my favourite but there are many more to try next time we go back - and there will be a next time :-)

Some of the Chocolate are try works of art with edible shoes and irridescent bowls and a colourful chocolate "cacao pod" filled with almond "seeds" it would be a shame to eat them.

We will definitely be back and ready to try some different flavours next time.

I always stop by and always purchase. While, not cheap, the quality is top here. The individual chocolates handmade are fabulous and you can buy a selection of a few or a lot. Love the hot chocolate now being offered as well. I had the Rose flavour which was divine. Great, they now have a Wellington city shop too.
