We stopped in for an afternoon beer on a warm spring day. The small outdoor space is just lovely, sitting in the sun, or under the trees, chill music playing, right off the main shops but tucked around the corner and away from the action.

We each had a paddle of beers and they were all absolutely delicious (and we are picky Wellingtonians!). Some heavy hitters there. No big main meals, just bar snacks really but that's no big deal. Absolutely lovely young lady at the bar. Would definitely visit again.

Grab yourself a paddle of 4 drinks to start. Choose from about 8 Beers plus a Cider. Or push the boat our and try the whole range. If they have run out of their Porter? Heads up - The Peppers Parehua has a stash!

Stopped in for a snack and a beer on Sunday, beer was excellent as was the cider, wifes wine was lovely, they have a good selection for non beer drinkers. Southern cheese rolls a littke pricy at $10 for four, bread and dips for $16 a little dissapointing. Strongly reccommend stopping for a beer and snacks but not a feast.

Great brews making for a very tasty flight of beers and you can’t go wrong with the Cheerios and cheese toast for old time favourites. The darker beers were surprising delicious as we’re both not usually that way inclined.

Good service and nice spot to sit and enjoy a good sampling paddle. Kids were happy and toilets were very clean. They even have a cider.

We found this to be a very pleasant micro brewery in the heart of Martinborough. Loved the tasting beer platter and was impressed with most of the brews, particularly the dark brews and interestingly the cider. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there were good snacks that could be ordered and were freshly prepared. The outdoor seating area, though small, was very pleasant.

Had the tasting strip and 4 great beers. So busy had to sit outside but they came out with blankets and really looked after us. Just try it and you’ll be pleased.
