The wines are not cheap, but there are some that are very impressive here. The site is historic and some old buildings can be seen here. People are encouraged to come here for picnics and I suppose they buy wine while doing so.

Great wines, pleasant location with knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer experience. The ambience was as a wine estate should be. Went for the wine only tasting as we are too familiar with the ‘Light House Gin’ which in our opinion is the best NZ made gin.
