This is a good beach with plenty of space. Nice grass areas if you aren't keen on sitting on the sand and great kiddies play areas nearby. It was extremely busy when we were there because of Sculptures at the Sea but well worth a...More

An average beach comparatively. Still a good and certainly enjoyable but nothing spectacular to rave about. Very wild ocean, massive waves. Notice of snakes in the dunes, so stick to the beach area.

Its a great place to swim. The beach is clean, the surf is not too large, the water temperature is just right (at 20 degrees in May) and its not crowded at 8 am in the morning.

Lovely beach with fairly good parking. Places to eat and public toilets. There is a surf life saver hut here that is manned at times. Kayakers and swimmers come and go. Very busy during sculptures by the sea. Beach is easy to access if you...More

There are no organised activities, just personal beach walking, night photography of the exhibitions if you are into it or eating dinner at a restaurant nearby

Sadly not for hire. If you go to the main Cottesloe beach there is plenty of shade on the terraces of lawn south of Indiana building.
