Cottesloe deserves its reputation as one of the best beaches. It has everything that you want at a beach. Simple as that. Plus Perth’s glorious blue skies and nearby cafes

What is stunning about Cottesloe Beach? Sunsets. The eateries here aren't that great though. Grab ice cream or a fish and chips and watch the sun go down.

What an interesting, but rather odd beach, we visited in March and they had the Sculptors by the sea on (only on in March) I think to appreciate you must look at the sculptors as a whole rather than individual pieces. It was a very...More

There are no organised activities, just personal beach walking, night photography of the exhibitions if you are into it or eating dinner at a restaurant nearby

Sadly not for hire. If you go to the main Cottesloe beach there is plenty of shade on the terraces of lawn south of Indiana building.

It's around a mile from the Beach, so if you like Walking fine, otherwise if it was me I would choose a location by Cottesloe Beach which is superb
