Progress has been made in restoration but slow due to lack of funds. At busy times avoid parking in Manor Grove it’s a dead end. Orrong Rd definitely easier and less stressful.

Imagine what it was like with tours of the house and tower by volunteers who lived here in the 1960s and '70s when the mansion was converted into separate flats. Highly recommend a cup of tea or coffee with cake or scones!

Labassa Historic Mansion located in Caulfield North is open 3rd Sunday each month. Admission charge applies but both interior & exterior tour options are included. A separate tour of the Tower is available subject to a gold coin donation.
