Fantastic afternoon doing archery with the family. We arrived late afternoon hoping to do some cycling - we were too late but the team were fantastic and so generous, setting us up with archery, balloons and fun. Exceptional service and so much fun. Highly recommend

HiddenVale is absolutely one of the best places to go riding in south east QLD. unlike most place you ride, the park is always staffed. They are friendly and know the trails like the back of their hand. Theres a peace of mind knowing they are there and can respond if anything goes wrong. Well worth the $10's to ride there. The trails are really well maintained and unlike other public parks, when its been raining and the tracks are too wet and soft to ride, they can shut them down so they don't get trashed and eroded. I ride there whenever possible. They also host a number of really cool events like the 24 hour endurance event, the Epic Weekend and the Dingo Endure plus more!

We have just had two nights as a birthday getaway. It's our fourth visit over many years. The room and amenities are delightful but I write this review to note our one disappointment. It's a pretty expensive place. The booking is for Bed and Breakfast so one assumes an excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast has deteriorated significantly since our visit last November. This time it was woeful, on both our days. There's a very limited choice. Can you imagine an upmarket venue with a breakfast that includes no fruit or cereal option? The cooked breakfast has bacon and eggs but no options for tomato or mushrooms. The thin toast has been kept so super hot it's crispy and hard like fried bread. The coffee comes only in small cups, but that's a minor point. Alas, it's nowhere near up to the standard of my local coffee shop, and certainly not up to the standard implied by the price.
In contrast, the dinner was absolutely superb. The grouper in pinebark was brilliant as a starter and the suckling pig was to die for, just to mention two items from the dinner menu.

Stayed at a local air bnb and rode the trails each day. The trail guys were great- very helpful with choosing routes, shuttles to decents and running repairs after an unexpected dismount 🙄. Even though we weren't staying at the resort the restaurant and bar were very welcoming. A very special place to relax after a dusty ride. Loved it!

So many choices across a range of difficulties???? This is where to test yourself and enjoy the many trails on offer and admire the countryside from atop some glorious ranges or venture down some gullies.

From beginners to advanced Hidden Vale Adventure Park has them all. Google the trails online or have a look on the Trailforks App for your phone. They even offer a shuttle service now.

Hours and hours of pedalling that is only restricted by what's left in your tank.

One of the best MTB trails in SQLD. A most do for any MTB riders

I visited Hidden Vale Adventure Park with friends a couple of times recently while on a mountainbiking holiday in Queensland. We've all ridden in a lot of places around the world and this place is right up there amongst the best. It has an extensive network of well designed and constructed trails with good supporting infrastructure - from shelters, signage and water to accommodation and helpful staff. It's well worth a visit if you're riding in Queensland.

My personal relationship with the HVAP goes back many years to the 90's as a participant of the Flight Centre Epic from Toowoomba to Grandchester and after that exploring the nascent days of the adventure park when the tracks were tough and rough (if you like to ride hardtails fast).
It has been a pleasure to observe from afar how Mrs Turner's project has turned this site into one of the best MTB parks in Queensland. Kudos to all the people who has put a lot of work into the planning, designing, implementing and operationalising the adventure park. The relatively new shuttle service is a great option if you are time poor or simply wish to enjoy the downhill aspects of the park.
From a MTB rider's perspective, it is pure manna. Hopping Rocks, Devine, Treedom, Intervention and Riders' Creed are my personal favourites. They (well, the first three tracks at least) put a beaming smile on my face and make me feel like a young lad experiencing his first roller coaster ride.
I could go on about the other services/facilities the park and what Spicer's can offer but you will simply have to experience it for yourself. If you have the spare time to enjoy a full day at the park followed by a well deserved beer afterwards, the winter months are simply the best.
A foot note: It is a pity the old home stead building burnt down in a recent fire. Nevertheless, the adjacent après enjoyments you would associate with the Spicer's brand are well worth experiencing also.

We attended the Giant 3plus3 MTB event, which is a Mountain Bikers Christmas in July.
👍🙂🚵‍♂️🎄

The event was super well organized, with ever that you would need including coffee, burger and pizza food vans, MTB mechanics, Giant and other bike shop tents, and even a massage tent for an after rude massage which was amazing!

This event was family friendly and catered for mountain bikers of all skill levels. 🙂

They had portable showers and toilets for the event which were the cleanest that I seen at an event! 👍

This was my first time at Hiddenvale Adventure Park and was super impressed with the trails.
They are well groomed, with some fast and flowy sections with burms and drop off and also some nicely formed climbing sections.

As we were there for the event we didn’t get to explore the whole park but we will definitely be back and can’t recommend Hiddenvale Adventure Park enough to anyone who lives in South East Queensland or is looking to come here for holiday.

They also have shuttles services available and also some cabin styled accommodation there too.
