Great experience for the whole family - regardless of age or agility ! We went took our 9 and 11 year old. One was quite nervous beforehand but the size of her smile when she was doing it was truly ear to ear. We had the double length flights which were great as we actually learnt how to control our movement up and down; and how to turn. Had a great instructor Bryce who went out of his way to make sure those that felt nervous gave it a go. Only regret was that we didn’t select the add on option where an instructor takes you to the top of the wind tunnel. I thought we could just add this on the day, but it’s only available for certain flight sessions. It’s expensive so would take advantage of those NSW discovery vouchers if you can…

Imagine being put in a hair dryer for giants, minus the heat. Plus you're wearing a suit and helmet. Felt like flying without the stomach drop, or the need to change underwear from the heights. Was a great experience, will be back at some stage. Ppl are whinging about the price. Small island countries would use less energy than it takes to power the fan, so come on. Jimmy was a legend. Whatever he's getting, double it.

My friend and colleague went together spontaneously one afternoon - the experience completely surpassed our expectations, it was truly incredible. Something I will definitely be doing again and again in the future; I have already booked a return session.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the venue was clean and equipment well maintained.

Would definitely recommend

This is a great experience for anyone but be prepared to pay.
Easy to get at and parking is great in the northern end of Panthers car park.
There is a lift for the elderly or disabled.
Anyone can view free.
The café is great, makes great coffee and you can get cake and coffee for $5.
Small coffee, but huge piece of cake.
Great party options as well, but its not cheap.
Each flight is of 1 minute duration.
BUT
Considering when you skydive, the free fall may only be 10 - 30 seconds, the experience is pretty amazing.

I was given a voucher for my birthday, and due to illness was unable to use it within the expiry period. No chance of a new voucher. NO customer service, just some robotic chick repeating: "vouchers expire/things expire" like a parrot. Crap. She even added insult to injury by telling me that "this happens to people all the time" - so that's a nice little earner - pre-paid vouchers and the service is never given. I-Fly? I think you're out of order!

This looked like it would be a major Adrenalin Rush but no joke, it was a big let down. There were a number of problems with it but the main issue was the lenght of each "flight", 50 Seconds. It tells you no place that the rides are all of 50 seconds and the Manager said when I complained "well thats the lenght of a 10,000 Mt. free fall". As I pointed out to him, this is far from being anything like a 10.000 mt. free fall. 50 Seconds is no time to try & learn anything of note, you would need to go 100 to 200 times before you would have any skill level of note. My wife who will not even go on small water slides, was happy to go a second time as it was so risk / thril free. Another issue was the EXTRA CHARGE to go up to the top of the wind tunnel, nothing said about this extra charge til after we each had 1 go and when we were set for our second & our kids expecting to do it ( how could any parent say no). I felt we should have been told up front & not ambushed like that. Our Family all felt it was a major let down & not worth the money, it has cost our Family LESS FOR 4 SEASON PASSES TO WET & WILD then this JOKE OF 10 X 50 SECOND NON THRILLING RIDES.

Hi Micheal, We are disappointed that you did not enjoy your experience with us. Each flight has slightly more freefall time than a real skydive from 14,000ft, which is why all the professional skydivers train with us. As it is a skill based sport, some people manage to move up and down or make a 360 within their 2 flights, but for those wanting to learn more we do offer a 4 and 10 flight package and discounted bulk time for return flyers. We must apologise for the lack of communication on the cost of the 'High Fly', we normally offer this service in the 12, 6:30 and 8:30pm sessions. But occasionally it's available in other sessions where an High Fly instructor is available. We will ensure this service is mentioned before you enter the tunnel waiting area in future. Thank you for your feedback, we do rely on a whole mix of comments to help us constantly improve our product and service.

The actual flying was fantastic but way over priced. No where in all the promotion is it stated that for 2 minutes you pay $110. People are taken in by all the American styled PR. Great if you have deep pockets if you have a family of four and want to experience free fall.

We regret to hear that the flight experience did not live up to all of your expectations. The standard 2 flight package is usually sufficient time for the beginner flyer to get a good taste of body flight. Many people do wish to upgrade their package to include extra flights or come back to fly again in order to continue their training. We also offer some great specials for returning flyers. The time you spend in the wind tunnel is simulating the free-fall portion of a skydive and each 50 second flight is a little longer than you would get in a traditional skydive before deploying the canopy. Like with any sport, indoor skydiving becomes easier with practice and even more enjoyable the more comfortable you become as you increase your flight skills. We really appreciate your feedback and will build it into future ways of promoting and delivering our product. We are a proud Australian company and want to ensure we can bring the experience of bodyflight to every Australian. Being the first in Australia means there may be some teething challenges as we strive to ensure it is the best experience possible. We hope that you will consider giving indoor skydiving another try next time you are in the area!

my 12 y o daughter received 2 flights as a Xmas gift. she went in with an instructor, had a quick fly around the cylinder gor abt 1 min...then out so others can go in for 3 min at a time. she went in , had a fly around then up the top she went twice....then down & straight out!!

so much hype, for a total of 90 secs... plus I had to pay am extra $12 for her to go to the top.

a good experience but wouldn't waste money on it as it works out yo be very expensive! plus it was over an hour's drive as Penrith is nowhere near us!

Launch yourself into that wind tunnel and forget your troubles. Experience freedom! Totally exuberating. The instructors are wonderful - very, very careful & conscientious of your safety. I'm hooked! It's a sport suitable for young & old. There were children about 5 or 6 sharing the experience & I'm pushing 66!
