The wife and I took a day trip over to Culebrita and had a great time! I was concerned at first because there was little wind and didn't think we could sail. The Tartan 10 sailboat had no issues sailing in the light wind! Dan is a very nice guy that made the day very enjoyable for us. His price... More

Cap'n Dan (not to be confused with Lt. Dan) took us on a terrific day sail to Culebrita on Christmas day, 2011. He is not only an expert sailor, mooring and leaving dock solely under sail power, but he was also congenial, funny, upbeat, and a patient task master. All around a great experience for us (wife, and three kids... More

Dan has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience, which he is more than happy to share with the passengers on his boat (both experienced sailors and those that are sailing for the first time). He is incredibly competent... More

Going to the island, there was an amazing view of the island we were staying at, Culebra. We got off the boat and swam to our destination Culebrita. Captain Dan brought a machete with... More

This was our second December vacation on the island of Culebra. We wanted to visit the even smaller isle of Culebrita and were lucky to be referred to Captain Dan Bohn by word of mouth. Dan only uses sail power to move his 33 foot sail boat, even in the harbor. This makes for a very peaceful sailing experience (and... More

We had a great boating experience with Capt Dan on his 33' sloop. We boarded in mid-morning at the town dock in Culebra and sailed to Isla Luis Peña. Heading out of the main bay, Ensenada Honda, we sailed around to the small cay off the western side of Culebra and moored in a snug little bay with a sandy... More
