Our trip was Aug 18, 2016. After reading reviews we decided when in culebra we would 1. stay at culebra beach villas and 2. take the Pez-Vela catamaran. Both great choices! We started our morning around 10 am with Captain Bill who was knowledgable about the whole island and its history, you immediately get a feeling about how much he... More

We have zero complaints about our excursion. Captain Bill was wonderful and an amazing chef! We had so much fun, we saw a sea turtle and a large stingray on our snorkeling trips. We loved having his dog aboard! We had perfect weather and did everything we wanted to do. We would visit again just for the food which was... More

My 16 yr old son , his 16 yr old Friend and myself along w/ a lovely family from NJ sailed w/ Bill on a windy Sunday. Bill is island style laid back , but runs an efficient operation . He made the day flow effortlessly catering to varied needs. ( fishing, snorkeling, hiking and more) Food was delicious .... More

We went to three different snorkeling sites and awesome beaches, in a very practical catamaran, ideal for laid back cruising and fun. Captain Bill was a super guy, full of great stories and sea knowledge, and Gigi, his dog, was behaved all the way and great fun to watch. great food, and attention.

The only thing we regret about our excursion with Captain Bill (and Gigi the boat dog) was that we didn't go sooner! We had such wonderful time on our trip to Culebrita that we asked if Bill would take us on a snorkeling tour the next day. He is a fantastic guide and a wealth of information... Not to mention... This was the best experience I have ever had. Captain Bill was awesome. Very laid back, yet very knowledgeable. I left my tennis shoes for hiking, so he gave me his crocs :-) so I wouldn't miss out. The food was phenomenal. He provided the best snacks and an amazing fish dinner. It was the best meal I had the... More

Capt. Bill and Gigi were fantastic hosts. Very knowledgeable about the area. He described beautifully how to get around and what to look for at each site. And man can he cook!

Captain Bill customized our tour the desires of the group, which meant we spent the whole day sailing to different locations to snorkel. The catamaran is very smooth in the water and had a ladder to get in out. He provided his homemade solution for defogging our lenses which worked so well we will be using it in the future.... More
