Great experience when there is a north swell

Just a fun experience witnessing the awesome power of the ocean as it forces its way through the rocks. Just a short walk from anchorage and well worth it

its neat...not really spectacular but pretty cool anyhow...the stop on the way at Jewels was fun, where we had the best drink on the island and maybe the best drink ever made...not telling what it is though!

The Bubbly Pool is accessed via a short hike to the back side of Jost Van Dyke. The hike is easy and fun. The experience at the pool really depends on sea conditions -- good waves = good bubbles. Calm conditions = calmer at the Pool. This was a really fun side trip for us. Plan about half a day.

It is a bit of a hike to get to the Bubbly Pool. You need to wear shoes or sandals. Not a place to take little kids as they could get sucked out or under the rocks. After playing in the pool and walking back to your boat at least there is a good bar there, Foxy's to purchase a... More

My husband and I went to the bubbly pool three times in our 10 days we were on the island since it was so much fun. The first time was pretty active and lots of bubbles but the second time we went it was a little dead and I wouldn't say boring but not as exciting. The last time we... More

The Bubbly pool is a cute little attraction with a short hike through the mangroves. Sitting on the rocks looking out to the ocean is a very nice view. Arrive early so you don't have to share it with a lot of folks.

Bring bug spray, Velcro sandals & a towel. Terrain is hilly & rocky on your walk flip flops are dangerous and could hurt your feet. Sneakers may get wet.

A pretty little place- not a huge attraction but interesting, poisonous trees and cool views and cactus to see on the little 15-20 min walk to the pool. Fun to hang out in and the kids liked it. Great place for a good family pic,

Fun place but be careful. As long as you use common sense and do not venture into the rocks you will be fine. The waves can get powerful...Make sure to stop at Jewel's and say hi to Jewel and Mary...they will make you feel at home

Everyone on the island told us to visit this. We had a hard time finding it on foot and we're not sure what to expect, but it was really a fascinating pool! Bring a cooler and spend a half day there!
