We thoroughly enjoyed our day here. We made our reservation for the first tour (10 am) the day before, hoping for good weather. The 2.5 km walk to the boat launch is easy, along boardwalk and gravel paths. We had a coffee while waiting to...More

We are making a 30 day trip around the Atlantic Provinces. This was definitely the star of the show. Everything I had expected and more. Just be sure to take warm clothing as a sweatshirt at the store costs $75.00. I had a difficult time...More

To reach the boat lunch you need to walk for 3 km. The walk is easy, scenic and mostly on boardwalks. The boat tour is fantastic with stunning views of majestic mountains and waterfalls.

The boat tour is not worth what you pay for. It is over rated. There are far more picturesque places to visit in Gros Morne. Try the Lookout point hike for example. I would rather have gone on a hike than take the boat tour.

This is so much of a must. You must walk for 3km each way then get the boat. Hot dogs, crisps and other food available so do book and get there in advance then prepare your camera.

We took this trip with some trepidation since we had been on the fjords of Norway last year. It starts with about a 3 km hike over moderate terrain which took this old codger about 45 minutes: younger people, I'm sure, we're well under that...More

You should be ok but they only sail at 12.30. It cost nothing to make a reservation as they dont take credit cards on line
