That alone irked me somewhat. Health and Safety used as an excuse (extra things to do above an beyond Jump Nation facilities - what a world we live in now). More like a money spinner as apparently you can use their socks at Jump Nation. Kick up a fuss and they may swap them for free (they did with us).

Café is upstairs if you only intend to observe the kids (or just go for a drink). Could do with a lift (unless there is one I didn't see).

Seems to be a good variety of areas to enjoy which probably makes it better than our visit to Jump Nation. These included Basket Ball, reaction area, climbing wall and rings.

Plenty of staff keeping an eye on things and I did witness interventions where kids were getting a little too rough/careless with others.

Went on a Friday straight after school and it wasn't that busy, had booked in advance as well to guarantee we got in.

Brilliant place to spend an hour trampolining - superb for burning off children's excess energy. There are a number of different areas, including a climbing wall, dodge ball area, rings to swing across, ball pools, etc. The adults seemed to enjoy themselves as much as the children - great fun! There is also a specific area for toddlers isolated from the older children and adults. There is a cafe on the first floor serving drinks and light snacks - he cafe provides good views from the tables over the trampoline park. They also have a party room for children's parties.

There's two parts to the review. As a parent, it's the longest hour of my life.but, that's not the reason for being here.

For kids, it's an incredible way for them to burn off energy, express themselves and love life.

The staff are welcoming and our teenagers enjoy it.

No music. Chairs on tables before the last sessions made me feel unwelcome and like I was causing extra work. Staff were messing about with a microphone the whole time and didn’t interact with us once and to top it all off I’ve just read about a possible parking fine which I was not told about.

We've been taking our four children to Energi in Wilmslow for years and always been happy with the service until recently. Unknowingly we'd booked a party for one of our sons at the same time a famous footballer had booked a party for his daughter. To cut a long story short we were treated like second class citizens, which was belittling at times. I made contact with Energi to discuss how they might want to do things differently if a similar situation arose again, however, there was no interest in speaking to me. We won't be using Energi again as a result.

Visited here with my 3 year old daughter for an hour one Sunday afternoon. Throughout that hour a group of older boys, mid teens, were taking it in turns at 'taking penalties' where they were kicking a ball over 3 or 4 trampolines, at head height and full power. Not one of the 'court monitors' raised an eyebrow. The two stationed closest were too engrossed in their chat and the rest just generally disinterested in their surroundings. At one point the ball narrowly missed a toddler who ran in front of the ball.
On arrival no one checks wristbands or whether you've sat through the training video, which we usually give a miss as you can't hear anything being said anyway.
It's a good park but the safety aspects are very poor, nothing like the statement on their website, 'We have tightly managed park rules and safety procedures throughout our park, to ensure our customers can enjoy the park to its full potential, while significantly reducing the chance of injury.'

I did call and ask to speak to a manager, over a week ago now (so no need to reply below pretending to be concerned), instead someone junior rang me back and all they could do was ask me what type of ball it was, great work Energi.

My daughter had her birthday party here. The kids all loved it and never stopped bouncing!
Outstanding customer service. The assistance of our party host Will, ensured it all went really smoothly, with little effort from myself or my husband. The most stress free party ever!
Great food. Clean venue. Competitive prices.

I took my five grandchildren aged between five and eleven for a morning of fun. All the children enjoyed themselves and were exhausted by the end of their session. The staff were very helpful and assisted me in keeping an eye on my grandchild with health problems. The coffee bar upstairs is an ideal viewing platform.

Staff attitudes and politeness could do with some attention. My children approached the trampoline area after a rest to have 'your session ended' barked at them. Yes, this older male worker would have been correct ordinarily, but had he have checked the wristband and actually spoken to my children in a friendly and approachable manner, he would have seen and been told that they actually did have an extra amount of time added on.

As the parent looking on, I had to approach and tell him the error of his assumption, and as I did so I missed what he muttered. I apologised to indicate that I hadn't heard what he had just uttered. He shot back at me in a very unpleasant manner, 'I said ok!' I was surprised at his manner with my children, but then as the parent to be spoken to like this, I was appalled. A pleasant acknowledgment of his misjudgement and a friendly face would have been the most appropriate response.

As a side issue, I witnessed the same older male employee picking up small children and tossing them in foam pits; I do not believe this is appropriate given the health and safety issues relating to this centre for which parents have to sign a waiver.
