No music. Chairs on tables before the last sessions made me feel unwelcome and like I was causing extra work. Staff were messing about with a microphone the whole time and didn’t interact with us once and to top it all off I’ve just read about a possible parking fine which I was not told about.

Lots of different areas to bounce and slide and climb in.. it’s sometimes too warm in the building and you get too hot bouncing around, the restaurant could be better stocked with some more healthy options... owners please take note of Heads over Heels nearby, which has a great menu and lots of healthy products... call before to check play times as they tend to be on the hour and there nothing like having to wait with a child who is desperate to bounce! Need to purchase socks if it’s first time...and fill in forms and watch safety video so need 10 mins before to organise.

Visited here with my 3 year old daughter for an hour one Sunday afternoon. Throughout that hour a group of older boys, mid teens, were taking it in turns at 'taking penalties' where they were kicking a ball over 3 or 4 trampolines, at head height and full power. Not one of the 'court monitors' raised an eyebrow. The two stationed closest were too engrossed in their chat and the rest just generally disinterested in their surroundings. At one point the ball narrowly missed a toddler who ran in front of the ball. On arrival no one checks wristbands or whether you've sat through the training video, which we usually give a miss as you can't hear anything being said anyway. It's a good park but the safety aspects are very poor, nothing like the statement on their website, 'We have tightly managed park rules and safety procedures throughout our park, to ensure our customers can enjoy the park to its full potential, while significantly reducing the chance of injury.' I did call and ask to speak to a manager, over a week ago now (so no need to reply below pretending to be concerned), instead someone junior rang me back and all they could do was ask me what type of ball it was, great work Energi.
