Nice drive over to Yorkshire, spent a bit of money in the Skechers store, should have been £175 but reduced to £121.97

Get yourself on Tomohawk Trail ayyy
Oct 2020 • Friends
Really not Rodeo Drive is it - it’s Tomohawk trail but fine. Greggs is wonderful to get my 6l of Apple juice and 50 sausage rolls and there are some decent benches. Cadbury shop is a right gem - disregarding the terrible misshapes I had the misfortune of consuming that made me feel ill for a good month (I don’t mean that please don’t make Cadbury go bankrupt they weren’t that bad but it’s pot luck how nice they are- hope if you buy any in the future you get orange creams) Reebok shop - £15 trainers- don’t mind if I do - what a steal. Unless she has had a sudden need for working boots or camping equipment I don’t think Kim Kardashian would be seen here unless we are discussing the completely overpriced sweet emporium however the Levi’s shop is an absolute bargain at times - got a top for a fiver proper nice. If I’m being honest here I’ve been here at least 1000000000 times and am pretty fed up of it but I can’t diss it. Playground is a nice touch although out of action due to Covid. Don’t use it if you are over 6ft- I found out the hard way. Beauty outlet is interesting and very cheap and nice - love dragging mates in there. Subway is absolutely sublime for a juicy wrap or bread thing- beats KFC. For the amount of shoe shops they have you’d think we were centipedes- great array but I must say beware Nike. It is always busy like Micheal Jordan is doing a signing at the checkout and the music gave me a migraine for 2 years. HMV could not be dissed - wonderful place absolutely top class. I’ve waffled on for a very long time so to conclude- there is a questionable array of shops here however service is great and you always come away with something you never intended to buy. No doubt I will be frequenting this shopping centre soon after the lockdown so look out for me xoxo T Salmon. Adiós.

A good shopping experience
Dec 2020
I visited the outlet solo on the Wednesday before Christmas in order to complete my Christmas shopping and have a long awaited treat of a few hours retail therapy as a relief from working flat-out in the NHS through 2 lockdowns! I was a little wary of other people’s interpretation of ‘social distancing’ however.

I got there for 10 o’clock so it was not too busy. I only went in the shops that I needed to go in (beauty outlet, Next, Thorntons, M & S, Sports Direct, Costa). There were some queues outside the main sports shops which did not interest me. People had face masks on in the shops and in the main stuck to the social distancing rules. Some shops had a one-way route inside (although not everyone stuck to them.

As the morning progressed it got much busier, particularly M & S where all ladies clothes and Christmas goods were half price. I had to avoid some particularly rude individuals with heaped baskets who obviously had no intention of social distancing, just getting a bargain for themselves.

Of course lunch was ‘take-away’ only so I joined the Costa queue for a Christmas toastie and hot drink and then found a vacant bench to sit on.

The toilets that I visited looked like they had been re-furbished since my last visit. There was a member of staff outside restricting the number of people entering. It was all clean and Covid compliant.

I enjoyed my time out although it was a little stressful at times. I have always liked the outlet although it was a very different experience on this occasion. I shall return when life is a bit more ‘normal.’

Great place for bargins
Sep 2020 • Couples
If you are looking for named clothing this place is great. Masks are encouraged around the open air shopping centre and mandatory in shops. Every shop asked us to gel our hands on way in. No dressing rooms available. Try and conduct a stay to the left policy but this didn't work so well. There was only one set of toilets open near m&s but these were well maintained with a cleaner wiping round after each person and someone counting people in and out (qué went down very quickly). The urban outfitters shop was particularly attentive as wiped the card machine between each person and the staff were friendly. Lovely coffee and cake at Tilly's
kitchen but again no loo in use. Parking was easy and free of charge. Gel stations throughout the shopping centre.

Had a nice walk round

Really good range of shops, good prices and they really cared about COVID precautions.

Ample parking and only just off the motorway.

Glad we went!

Good shopping experience
Aug 2020
Good shopping experience, plenty of hand sanitizers around the area, food outlets also well organised, comfortable browsing and good selection of shops and eateries. The one downside is that too many dogs!
Would have thought only guide dogs would have been allowed, unfortunately not and the day I was there it was inundated with four legged friends.

Dispiriting and frustrating.
Aug 2020 • Friends
Never even got in. Within 30 minutes of opening the place was "at capacity" and the queue at least 100 strong. It's an outdoor venue, little risk with 1+ distancing.

It's a browsing venue and food outlets, with presumably queues inside into each outlet. The potential never to it make the front of the line is immense with no restrictions on how long you can remain inside the gates.

If I spend several hours there and others likewise, not enough exit to let others enter.

I will not be shopping here for the foreseeable. Be early or don't bother.

Hi there, Thank you so much for your feedback. In line with government guidelines we are managing capacity at our entrances to ensure customers are able to comfortably social distance throughout the centre. There may be a small wait at the entrances but we do find the queue clear quickly. If helpful we do find week days and evenings quieter. We hope to welcome you back soon :)
