Just off the main roundabout into Castleford stands the Castleford Bridge. It is behind the old flour mill and has an information board at it's entrance. The bridge has an interesting design and stands above a weir. A small amount of parking is available close to the bridge and easy accessible for pushchair or wheelchair.

Been with my Dad, went just to see what it was like as we'd never walked across it, it's quite fun to stand on and watch the river. Beautiful views and benches to sit on. But it is just a bridge.

I visited this last week with my dad and took a lovely photo of the sunset over the water by the Flour Mill. As others have said its a bridge which gets you from one side to the other, but is a lovely curved piece of architecture!

It's a bridge over a river. Admittedly it's a nice modern curvy bridge, but it's still just a bridge. There is not much to get excited about. Try a visit to Queens Mill which is next to the bridge, it's much more interesting.

Always enjoy crossing this bridge, particularly when the river is flowing fast - which it generally is! Very nicely designed.

This is a nice bridge. But it is just a bridge. I d say it's probably nice than 60 percent of the bridges I've been on but it is just a bridge
