We decided to make a visit to Mondo Verde a Sunday in October 2021. The kids were looking forward to the visit and couldn’t wait to try out all the attractions. However, the tickets were bought online on Mondo Verde’s homepage. We should have received the tickets via mail but they never arrived (they still haven’t arrived) and we decided to go there and explain the situation since we had a receipt and we should have been in their ticket system. What should have been a great day for the kids ended up in crying due to the most idiotic ticket system there is and rude employee’s at Mondo Verde. We arrived there, explained the situation and asked if they could help us. The answer was a fully no with no effort to help and it didn’t help that the cashiers co-workers were loudly laughing at us and the louder the kids cries the louder they laughed.

It doesn’t matter how many unclean attractions you have, at least try and help your customers (customer service 101) and if you end up in a situation where you can’t help any further, guide them to where they can receive help and not make fun of them and make them feel unwelcome. Funny enough, I’ve heard from several colleagues that this place has the most unwelcome customer service.

We won’t return until there’s been some change and coursing amongst the employees. Until then I would recommend everyone to think twice before visiting because of you end up in a situation where you need assistance: you will most likely not receive it

What a pity. The garden is in a very poor condition, no maintenance for a while! The entrance fee with EUR25.00 per person plus EUR5.00 for the parking. There is a "restaurant" but better bring a sandwich and drink with you. Poor food, poor service...
Asking for pie or dessert, forget it.

Mondo Verde is a park with "three of a kind" in one park.Gardens with different "themes", Some animals as a zoo and a street like an amusement park with attractions. So it is a family park in the real meaning of the word. The offered (free) food included in the ticket price is okay but don't expect a high standard and soft drinks are not included. As we visited end of August there were a huge amount of wasps attracted by the garbidge bins filled with the cups of free drinks. The gardens showed a greater influance of the drought and needed quiet some maintenance. Big thick and high fences are making the photographing of the animals very difficult to impossible and cages are rather small with not much room for roaming. Due the variaty of activities within the park it is interesting for family visit with children. We had a nice day but don't think we will return (soon)

The park is beautiful but I struggled to find my way because the "route" signs often pointed in multiple directions and I was not given a map at the entrance. I loved the gardens, the free food and the theme park bit, but the animals not so much. Their living spaces looked abandoned and their cages were really really small. Some of the animals looked really sad and unhappy being there. Also there were a lot of fences so you could not take great pictures.

The place is ideal for families with young children as it caters a zoo, fun park, gardens, and some unlimited food and drinks are included in the entrance fee. We went there for a relaxing day to see animals and gardens and were not disappointed!

Very nice gardens with replica’s of popular buildings from eg.: Spain, Portugal, Marokko, China and Japan. A tropical paradise with lots of birds. In the park there are also bigger animals. There are some attractions for the kids.
Food: “all you can eat concept” included in the income ticket.

Went there with 3 kids of 6, 9 and 11. Nice place with some attractions and some animals that you can feed.

(Most) food is all you can eat style, but rice dishes and pasta dishes are honestly *not good*. Pasta sauce is very watery (actually I saw the lady behind the counter adding water to it just before serving it. Has no taste at all.

French fries, burgers, krokets, etc are pretty good!

All-in-all could be a nice place if either the quality of the food were to be a bit better, or de price was lower. Now it is hard to recommend.

Lots of attractions, a roller coaster, food places all over, dinosaur sculptures, beautiful nature landscapes and animals, a fun park for kids, a lemur attraction where they can crawl on you. Very fun!

I would normally never visit a zoo which Monto Verde is but was given two free tickets so decided to use them to visit the lovely gardens.
We were very impressed with the different garden areas and spent several hours walking around them.
The animal enclosures leave a lot to be desired. Many are far too small whilst some are barely adequate.
Sad to see lions in a bare paddock - they deserve to be in a safari park not a zoo.
Whilst I enjoyed the beautiful gardens it saddened me to see the gorgeous animals trapped in their small enclosures.

It was a fantastic experience for all of us. 6/11/15 yrs old children and 2 adults.
Beautiful gardens of the world with colourful settings, small bridges and interesting objects.
The animals, especially of course the 2 new born tiger kittens were amazing. So we're the other animals. Colourful setup again and some ready to touch even.
The playgrounds, rollercoaster, water ride, all a lot of fun to do for these ages.
Food? Snacks, 2 different restaurants, one more limited to bread and pasta or soup. The other hamburger, kroket (Dutch snack with meat ragout), frikandel (Dutch snack from mince meat) and fries of course!
Top class food, no of course but snackwise great! Kids loved it.
Even a pancake booth to make fresh pancakes wash available.

All in all a great day!
