Really enjoyed the cactus plants and stroll around the gardens. Very hot in late morning, however, so teenagers less enthused about the walking so left my son in the shady cafe area, which worked for both of us! Pleasant sea views at the end of the garden. Only disappointment was that the stunning view of the steps had been and... More

The gardens were absolutely immaculate, well planned and accessible to most, there was really only one area that was not wheel chair friendly. When we visited they were a number of members of staff looking after the plants and the general garden. The toilets were centrally placed and in very good working order and the small café was also well... More

We visited the Jardi about 30 years ago and remembered how impressed we were then, so went back this year and were not disappointed. Absolutely beautiful - both plants and views. Bit of a walk to get there from the town.

Loved it here. It was a very scenic romantic place. Saw a wedding take place too. Well worth a visit and a really nice walk up the hill. It's not that bad of a walk either.

Really beautiful, well kept gardens, with breath taking scenic views, well worth a visit, not to be missed. Limited parking and a very steep, narrow, winding road to get there, but it really has to be seen to be appreciated.

Visited the botanical gardens with my girlfriend. Absolutely blown away by the beauty of this place. Very cheap at just €6.50 each! So well laid out. Extremely informative by travelling the globe with a vast array of botanical indulgence that will leave your mouth watering with amazement of colour, design and stunning views. It's like a real life Alice in... More

We are independent travellers who look before we book, and have just booked to visit the botanical gardens in Blane's through the tourist information office in Pineda , cost 10 euros each. Coach leaves at 08.50 from Pineda train station and leaves the gardens at approx noon.

The Marimutra is the best of two gardens which overlook the Med on a headland to the north of Blanes. If you fit the walk up from the resort [30 mins] will reward you with splendid views of Blanes. The gardens themselves are large and well laid out with a huge variety of plants/trees from all over the world. The... More

Whilst holidaying in Calella we used the railway to visit Blanes specifically to visit the Marimurta Jardin Botanic. Even if you are very active and like walking you would do well to take advantage of the short roadtrains, it is quite a steep ascent in places and the site itself is very hilly. There was going to be a bit of...
