I recently was on holiday in Salou on October 2023 with my 7 year old. I am a permanent wheelchair user and I hired a mobility scooter from Drach Beach, prices are very good. The scooter was delivered on time at the hotel with the charging cables. The scooter enabled me to get around the complex plus I was able to take my child out in Salou itself and the beach. The scooter was then picked up from the hotel at checkout. Drach Beach hire out various mobility aids but maybe they should consider hiring out wheeled plastic shower seats as this would be perfect for the shower. I would definitely recommend Drach Beach

Worst bike hire ever, the guy had very little English and was surly, abrupt to the point of being rude.
We hired 2 e-bikes one was old and tatty but functioned as it should but the other looked ok but was found to be faulty.
The motor acted as a brake on the bike until you got moving, it was like trying to start riding a bike uphill in top gear.
Once moving the motor overran the pedalling regardless of what gear you were in but you had to keep free pedalling or the motor started to act as a brake and slowed the bike down.
The handlebars became loose when I hit a small bump in the road and the front mudguard kept rubbing against the tyre and has to be constantly adjusted the bike was in need of a good service.
Generally the bikes were the cheap end of the market and I have hired much better bikes in Spain for less.
I have had my own e-bike at home for over 2 years and know what I am talking about.
I would never go there again, when I tried to explain on returning the bike I got the no comprende attitude from the man.

We booked this last minute through their website dracbeach.com. Paid €100 but also had to pay additional €50 for my partner.
I had a couple questions so I called on WhatsApp and was able to get in touch. All my questions were answered as well as hotel pick up organised which was very kind. Following day also sent some WhatsApp messages which I got reply to in less than 10 mins.
We went for the afternoon session at 3;30pm. Driver arrived 20 minutes early which was great as we were waiting at the hotel anyway. After signing some quick paperwork (driving license required cat B) we got transferred to the start of the route. It was only 4 quads including the instructor. When we started it became obvious that our quad bike was not very good as it wouldn’t accelerate and we would get left behind quite often. Thankfully our guide for the day has noticed it and on our first stop organised a new quad for us. The other quad we got was amazing and it definitely made our day.
Just wanted to say big thank you to the whole drac beach team for great customer service.
The route is amazing. I would if you love quad bikes you will definitely enjoy it. The whole trip took about 4 hours

Amazing quad biking experience. We took a guided quad excursion with Drac Beach. We headed up to Emrita de la Mare de Deu de la Roca (Church located on the top of a mountain). Our guide was great he took several photos of all the different viewpoints and took us through exciting trails up the mountain. We also hired bikes another day and had no problems with that. Would recommend the quads for a difference experience and to get to see somewhere amazing with lovely views of the coast from Tarragona to Cambrils. Sidenote: the church is closed on Tuesdays but the view from the top is just as nice.

Terrible avoid this place.
If you’re looking for English speaking, friendly staff with great customer service and excellent condition push bikes for rent. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
The guy wasn’t interested in us, the bikes were in poor condition and one punctured so an hours walk back, of course a brand new bike can get a puncture but, not having any tread on the tyres makes punctures more likely..this was the shop in Salou If you can find somewhere else, then do. We had planned to rent a motorbike and do the quad tour but , given the poor condition of the equipment.. no way Jose

Drac Beach mobility rental. Unbelievable, incredible service, these people go above and beyond to help you. I have never had service like this, so friendly, polite and professional. In one day they helped me out more than 5 or 6 times, always with smiles and kind words. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We hired bikes from here 3 times during our weeks holiday and were delighted with the service. Edy looked after us each time and was fantastic, making sure the bikes were suitable for the ride we were doing. I am petite, so getting a bike that was the right size was a challenge. Not all of the bikes are new, but they are suitable for most tourist requirements, and if you are a more serious cyclist, they have some better spec bikes. Definitely recommend these guys. If you're not happy with anything, they will resolve no problem.

Rented a mobility scooter. Paid a 50.00 euro deposit when we returned claimed we didnt leave deposit. Ask for cctv foorage could clearly see we paid it. Then said oh well. Still refused to pay it

We paid the €100 for the 3 Hour quad excursion and halfway through we just wanted to go. Quads had very bad tyres and breaks. They had no grip on steep slopes and the guide was very abrupt and rude. He spoke no English and only brought us to one vantage point for a picture. That was a beautiful view but the journey there and home was not worth it. Would definitely not recommend!

Hired a double and a single mobility scooter. They both looked like they had been on a battlefield. The double kept rolling back down hills after brake was applied. We reported this to the company. A young lad came to check it and said there was nothing wrong with it and left it with us.He was probably a third of our weight.The following day after having the same problem and people having to jump out of our way we phoned them to change it for two single scooters.So wasted more time waiting for replacements They were really scruffy. We were ashamed to be seen on them. Then one quickly developed a problem where the steering column falls on to the pavement when you let go. Couldn't be bothered to return it as we wasted a lot of our time waiting for them to to come out to us. Be Warned!
