Overall positive experience
Called direct to book and got a free pick up from our hotel. We paid around 70 euros for three of us (my small child went free) which i felt was a decent deal.
It was off season so we was lucky to have quite an empty boat. Was told there would be a bbq but it was just burgers and some frozen wedges which was nice but did expect a little more
The open bar was good
We didn't get dropped off by the operators but they paid for our taxi which was probably cost half our ticket amount so customer service was good.

Definitely recommend staff very friendly i professional food not great but don't expect anything different. Stop for swim and chill. Transport from hotel and back. For money what we pay definitely recommend.

Did not engage with people who payed.
Crew looked disinterested.
Very boring out to an ocean and only stopped once for swim.
Thought would get to snorkel to see fish or something of interest.
Food was okay.
Very over crowded.
Skipper only talked to spanish and crew were on phones instead of engaging.
To sum up dont waste your money on this.

Just been on the morning trip on this lovely catamaran from canbrils. From the start the staff were excellent and cheerful. Yes the trip was by engine power not sail but if you want a scooner then book a different trip. We stopped of the coast of cap salou and for our first time took a dive into the ocean. Cannot fault the trip. What do people want. It's not 18 -30s age group. I am in my 60s and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Would probably recommend getting up early and going on the morning one. The afternoon trip seemed to be packed. Thank you to all the crew for being so helpful and attentive.

Unfortunately I have to give this the lowest rating because the woman screaming in my face at the start of the cruise before we got on ruined the experience for me. We accidentally forgot our tickets and told the man who was responsible for the pick ups but he had a list of our names so said it was ok. When we went to get on the boat, i explained we'd accidentally forgot them and what can only be described as a tantrum, this woman screamed in my face that she needed the tickets otherwise she wouldnt get paid (fine) but then continued to scream this 4-5 times more infront of a busy dock and crowd of people before demanding our names, hotel and company (tui). Im sure we werent the first people to forget so didnt appreciate being humiliated for a mistake given we'd explained to the man who picked us up and he said it was ok because he had our names. Not a nice way to be treated by anyone let alone as customers who had already paid for the trip!

Loved this trip! The crew were great fun and kept everyone entertained on the boat. We were a family of 7 on this trip (ranging from 5-26) and all loved it. We stopped off for a swim and snorkel which was great too. Just wish it was longer than a 2 hour trip. It was brilliant and well recommended!

To sum it up it was just boring and over crowded with watered down drinks. Sailed for an hour, anchored up in the middle of the sea for an hour, nothing to see. Chavs jumping off the boat not giving a care as to who they’ll land on top off, an hour after this it was an hour back. Absolute rip off for our family of four. Oh the female ‘sailor’ decides to strip down to her underwear before a quick dip leaving nothing to the imagination, cringe !!!

This was definitely the best trip of our holiday. We picked up a flyer from the marina area and booked via the company website which was quick and easy, even giving you a map to where to meet. Friendly helpful lady at the desk when we arrived. The boat was comfortable and although I'm aware it's a speed boat it was faster than I expected for its size, flying across the sea listening to great music really loud made such a great experience. The two staff were excellent friendly and hilarious, they took the time to grab every parties camera and take photos for them, once at a bay down the coast you got about half hour for a swim or to have a drink, good selection of soft drinks and alcohol. On the way back they started playing titanic music which cracked everyone up... made more funny when they then started pulling the ladies and a gent up to the front to act out the scene from the film it was so much fun, everyone was in great spirits and a good sport rather than being made to feel uncomfortable, mix of coupkes and familes on board not roudy groups,I cannot recommend this trip enough, I wanted to rebook the minute we got off the boat it really was a fab experience

I don’t even know where to start so I’ll split this into two.
We had a great day relaxing on Ocean Fly with good food and drink. It was a 5* catamaran experience and the staff were attentive and friendly. It was a great experience with my wife on our honeymoon.
We then booked the Dorimar X Speedboat excursion. This was absolutely amazing. Easily the best excursion we have ever done. The music was great, the staff are hilarious, the boat is amazing and powerful. Drinks provided and staff encouraging participation.
Honestly, anyone reading this has to experience this to understand why, as soon as we left the boat, we booked another excursion on the speedboat.
Second time, the staff clearly noticed this was our second time on the boat and again my partner was taking up to the front of the boat. I won’t ruin the experience as to why, but she loved it. I was then given a shot of driving the boat which was an unforgettable experience. What a surprise.
I have attached photos but words can’t describe how thankful we are to the staff for making this the most enjoyable experience of our honeymoon. I will recommend this to anyone going to Salou. The feeling when the speedboat hits the waves and takes turns was enough to make this a 5* review but the staff, the fun, the overall buzz…. I wish I could give this a higher review!

We booked the 3 hour trip with drinks and snacks. The trip was very enjoyable and relaxing. We were a family group aging from 3 to 77 and everyone enjoyed it. The best was stopping along the coast and going for a swim/snorkel. The food was good it was burgers and wedges, they also had veggie burgers. Unlimited soft drinks and alcohol. The staff were very friendly and spoke both Spanish and English. Great day.

Hi, wanting to book full day catamaran cruise for Saturday and wondered if you get picked up from hotel? We're staying in la pineda. Website has a bus schedule which I can't view on my phone but don't know if that means you are picked up or need to make your own way to cambrills?

Hola. El septiembre pasado compramos un billete de ida y vuelta de cambrils a salou. No realizamos la vuelta y preguntammos si la podriamos realizar en otro momento. Nos dijeron que no caducaba nunca. Explicamos que no volveríamos hasta este fin de mayo o junio. Nos dijeron que no habria problema. Hoy hemos ido a realizarla y nos han dicho que no era posible. Indignada y decepcionada con la información y servicio

Salou to Cambrils is only about 30 minutes, your son will see boats in the harbour and the coastline and if you can manage to get a good front seat I am sure he will enjoy the experience, maybe even watch the captain in his cabin. When young, our sons both enjoyed boat trips, especially if it was a bit choppy plus Dad has to help make the trip interesting
