About
We do pick ups in CORRALEJO AND LAJARES where we meet the guests to start the surf day. We are a surf Academy for people willing to learn to surf or keep on learning in a serious and exclusive way ! We take our time...we are not a surf industry. Alex the teacher teaches in English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish & Italian ! Alex teaches to small groups (max. 6 students) for a personalized, fun and performing course! Average age 25 - 40 yo. / Family welcomed ! Most of the customers are beginners to intermediate, We run surf clinic for advanced surfers too We have different accommodation available upon request from a bed in a dorm to an Ensuite Bed room at the surf camp, or our tips to find your dreamy private accommodation. We organise social event, dinners, BBQ, volcano hikes, yoga and more. Our office is located at our private address. For surf classes/ surfari, we pick you up directly at your accommodation or at the surf camp. Shall you wish to meet us, please make an appointment.

We stayed with Aloha Surf for one week and it topped our expectations. We had a week filled with fun, amazing people and many great waves.
What we love about Aloha Surf is the effort Alex and Sophie put into their surfschool and the familiar athmosphere.
Everyday we had a skate session to get to know the movement of surfing and also on the beach we did small exercises to improve our posture.
Overall I can happily recommend Aloha Surf to everyone who wants to learn how to surf or wants to improve their skills.
We will come back!

I had a fantastic 5 day beginner surf course with Aloha Surf Academy. Alex’s contagious enthusiasm for surfing, constant encouragement, clarity and professionalism made for a fun-filled and unforgettable experience. I felt completely in safe hands and could really (actively) relax and enjoy the stunning beaches, waves and feeling of Fuerteventura.
Whatever the size of our small group over the week, whether alone, with my girlfriend, or a few others, Alex capably ensured we all learnt at our own pace. Learning to surf-skate in the mornings was a great bonus and something I’m going to keep up until I can get back to the beach! A huge thank you to all the team: Alex, Sophie and Maui ; )

It has been my 4th time with this great surfing school called Aloha Surf Academy 😊
I can highly recommend this school with the passion and dedication of Sophie and Alex to everybody, who is looking for a competent and capable school with unique teaching. You found the right one.
Start the full Aloha experience with coffee, smoothie or bullet coffee :), carver skate unit at the market place or in the bowl and go surfing until you and the group are the only ones still in water or at the beach :)
I tried other courses before and can compare and rate! Where other schools offer fully packed groups with semi motivated instructors and little time in the water with long breaks in between, Aloha is the opposite you won’t find often. Go for it, each € is worth it and you won’t regret it. Just go with the Aloha flow :)
Thank you so much guys for the past great times and the times more to come. I am planning my next trip already 😊

Since i started surfing 3 years ago i always really enjoyed to come-back to Corralejo and go surfing with Alex from Aloha!
I always spend an amazing day starting at the skate-park where we practice on the ground, and have lots of good tips about the posture. Then sometimes we go to the coffee close to the skate-park in order to have some tips about safety, the sea or environment protection.
After that Alex always bring us to a nice surf spot suitable for the level of the group.
Going on a surfing day with Alex is always like going on adventure :) he doesn't count his time and is really passionate about surf.
Since this summer i also went several times on "surfari". It's actually, for me, the perfect solution in order to surf on good empty surf spots. We check the weather/wind, and the take the road to check different spots on the island. Then on water the session is intensive with Alex always making is best in order to help me to improve my surf and catch good waves.
I'm really happy that this school is not only for beginner and also really good for intermediate surfers. So perfect to come every 6 months to check my surf!

We saw Alex teaching a surf group on surf skates and we were very impressed by his energy, passion and motivation for the course. Therefore the next day we signed up as well and had 2 great days of surf classes. The surf classes are really amazing as we first learn priorities in water around a coffee and then learn how to surf skate and get balance and movements and after that we go in the water. Alex gives great tips and advices and is super involved ! We also had an amazing breathing session with Alex one day and a surf picture analysis around food :) we will definitely be back ! Thank you Alex for your great energies and time !!

I went twice with Aloha surf school and I really enjoyed the whole experience. Surfskate was completely new to me and it added a lot of fun to my day. My surfing level is pretty beginner and I felt really encouraged and got many good tips during the lesson. I definitely recommend this school if you want to progress in surfing. A big plus is that Alex is really a passionate with a lot of experience around the sea.

The courses with Alex was outstanding!
High dedication, he had patience in the slower learnes like myself, took the time to look for a good surf spot with us and we spent about 3h in the water! If your focus is on learning how to surf or improving your skills I'd definitely recommend Surf Academy!
Plus the surf skate sessions in the beginning were super fun and helpful to get a feeling for surf movements.
The atmosphere was also super familiar! Small group, we learned a lot about the island as well, best coffee and surf spots, had good conversations etc. :)
Communication with Sophie regarding bookings and organisations was super quick and easy.

The surfclasses with alex are really amazing! Small classes, theory lessons, even trainings with surfskates and long surfsessions. After the surflesson there's almost always time for free surfing. Alex is a super fun and competent instructor and you.ll learn much more than only surfstuff. Sophie organizes everything around the surfing and is always willing to help you with any kind of questions. The contacts with her were always super friendly and easy! Great surfschool!

Alex is the best surf instructor on the island!! I have been a student of Aloha Surf Academy for years, but this year I had to book with some other schools (due to no availability at the time). I have to say that there is a massive difference in the teaching of Alex compared to other surf instructors. Alex explains the theory, hazards and gives you the tools to actually learn to surf, not just learn to surf for the day. He is super knowledgable and makes learning the most fun experience. You will also get to practice on land with the carver skateboards which is pretty cool. Last, but not least, you will never feel unsafe in the water.
I cannot recommend Aloha Surf Academy more, they are really the best surf school in Corralejo and probably the whole of Fuerteventura.

We loved our trip with Alex and Sophie!
Myself and 5 friends visited Fuertaventura for 5 days of activities with Aloha Surf academy and had a fantastic time.
Sophie did an amazing job booking everything in for us and Alex was our day to day guide. Picking us up, taking us to all the best spots, providing all the gear for surfing and skating and teaching us to succeed.
For a relaxed, down to earth trip I couldn’t recommend more. You will learn the real way to do things and succeed whilst having a really fun time.
