Некоммерческий проект по сохранению исторических традиций, в том числе в земледелии. Здесь бережно восстанавливаю старую водяную мельницу для производства оливкового масла из оливок, собраны орудия сельскохозяйственного труда, которые раньше использовались на острове. Любителям сельского туризма будет интересно.
