- JD Food and travelEngland, United Kingdom47 contributionsBuy the passport ticketswe walked past one morning and it was so busy when opening but I think it must of been a few coach days out waiting to go in this was 10am so I was unsure if it would be worth going. We walked past again in the evening about 8pm it was not as hot as a lot quieter there so we went and asked about tickets ended up buying our tickets got the passport it’s the most expensive but worth it 3 of us think it was about 90euro and you could come and go as we pleased, you got one go of everything there which included the soft play and the water slides but I think these are aimed at younger children so we did not do those. But they have certain times like 10-12pm 1-2pm so only a certain amount must be let in at certain times I wouldn’t know exactly what times but they write it on the brochure when you get your tickets. Keep your receipt because if any get broken or washed out by the kids they will give you a new one if you have a receipt, we did this as our little girls barcode had washed off after day 1. First time we went was evening and we went in the house it was quiet so for a while we didn’t see anyone else in there so felt like we got time to enjoy every room and really get the most out of it I can imagine if it’s busy it’s not as enjoyable, but we had a really good time we spent a good hour inside and got our photos taken half way around, it was 12 euro for the photo a magnet and 2 key chains so we got those and left for the evening. The following day we went back again but again we chose to go when it had quietened down a lot we went on all the 4d experiences the zombie one is the best one though. There are 3 of those rides if I can remember maybe 4 the last entry is about 9.45 and the golf is to hot to do really in the day but early evening is a good time to do this as well. We did not eat here got a few slush’s and a coke can not remember the price but seen alot of ppl using the free water at the bar filling up bottles so you dnt have to spend when inside expect for the house there are little things you can use inside for 1 to 2 euros so use that change up there I’d recommend the park to use over a few days to keep the kids entertained Read the reviews before going and the katman don’t made us howl we called it that the rest of the holidayVisited August 2022Traveled with familyWritten August 19, 2022

We were really disappointed with our visit. We weren’t told when purchasing tickets that we wouldn’t be allowed in anything other than the house, we weren’t told when we entered the park we wouldn’t be allowed in anything other than the house or golf. We did get on one ‘4D’ experience which I’m guessing now we probably shouldn’t have been on but it was terrible. Not what we expected, certainly didn’t look 4D, didn’t even look 2D. The park was pretty much empty and we were wearing masks and sanitising our hands the same as hotel guests would be doing so don’t completely understand why tickets are even being sold to people not staying in the hotel. Very disappointed in the experience and even if we return to Majorca in the future and all attractions are open we certainly won’t be spending time or money there.

Dear WeeNik,
Sorry to hear that your visit did not fulfil your expectations. Accept our apologies for the misunderstanding when purchasing tickets. Will make emphasize with all team, that only house and golf open this year to direct clients. Due to covid restrictions and capacities in attractions, i am afraid these are only available for hotel guests.
Kind Regards

Stayed for 5 nights with a family suite. Room was large enough, however the beds were two single put together which kept pulling apart which was dangerous and extremely uncomfortable. Kids trundle bed had dust built up which was not usable, not a 4 star hotel experience! When requested for duvet, it had no duvet cover at all, very unhygienic. Lack of electric ports in the room too.
Food was okay overall, with coke being watered down and alcohol tasteless.
Entertainment was mediocre, nothing amazing for 300 euros a night stay vs Barcelo hotels which we have been before with simar pricing. Capacity management was poor, there was only few tables vs the number of guests there, meaning we had to stand the whole night with no tables and chairs. Guests were smoking in prohibited areas throughout the hotels and management did not care. Horrible management staff overall.
The pool area was awful, no management what so ever either, guests were allowed to reserve sun beds even prior to pool opening. Hotel should be fair to everyone in that regards to stop selfish guests.
The park itself was good with ample shooting games and 4d movies which was fun along with the splash park.
Would not stay at the hotel ever again and would not recommend at all!

Currently staying here and honestly I am shocked at the hotel. It is extremely Commercialised and if it wasn't for the attractions, which are free as we are all inclusive ( I use this term losely ) the hotel is not in good shape as well as under staffed and not even close to capable of dealing with the amount of guest they have, for example the entertainment is on every night 21:45 Spain time and they maybe have enough to accommodate 100 ppl max bearing in mind there are well over 500 rooms. The food is not great and all 4 of my children are struggling to eat here, snack bar is open 1-4 and even that has seems to have left over food in it from yesterday. I think it is safe to say we most definitely will not be staying again. Adding to this the rooms are tiny and not as advertised, air con is rubbish and there is minimal storage for clothes.Children ages 3,8,9 and 11. I would like to add, the entertainment is awful! Not worth the money at all. In my eyes pirate village is a lot better

Overrated and overpriced. Wasn’t much to it really and the service at the snack shack bar was brutal. Over 40 mins queuing and another half an hour waiting to receive our order.
It’s more suited to very young kids, definitely wouldn’t recommend for teens or adults.

Two well-designed 18-hole courses drew us back 9 days in a row and we would have gone for another 9 days if still there. The courses are challenging but good fun, every hole is very different and great imagination went into them. Compliments to Monsieur Arnaud and his team.

Avoid at all costs! As a family of 3, it cost €90 just to get in which was extortionate for what it actually is. Expect to pay adult prices if children are over the age of 13! The house was decent, couple of fun interactive things etc, however all the other attractions were poor and very repetitive. 4D cinema, zombies etc. Just got boring very quickly. Not to mention we queued for a long time for each of them, so we ended up leaving early before we had a chance to do everything because queue times were just ridiculous. Waste of money, spend your time elsewhere.

Good morning cozytpwkk,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review, it is through constructive comments like this one that we are able to strive to improve as a company. We are truly sorry to find out about this instance, your happiness is the most important thing for us and hence we will make sure to work harder to improve our park.
We will be sure to get this message across to the park management team and to all the involved departments. Again, we would like to apologize for these inconveniences and we promise to take actions for possible improvements and to prevent similar situations in the future.
Remember, with the passport pass you're able to do the attractions in multiple days, so if you don't have the time to finish everything the first time you come, you'll be able to come back another day to finish!
If you change your mind, we'll be very pleased to have another opportunity to fulfill your expectations next time you visit Mallorca and to show you how things are improving in Katmandu Park!
Thank you for the review, and we hope to see you back.

During our stay in Magaluf we had a few days where the weather wasn’t nice enough to be laid by the pool or on the beach and were looking for activities to do. Me and my partner had seen a Tik Tok about Katmandu and thought we would give it a go. We were very pleasantly surprised, considering we are in our 20’s we had a very good time. The upside down house was amazing with all of its optical illusions. We bought the 1 day passports for adults which was for one go on each attraction. However we weren’t interested in attractions such as soft play do we were able to do the things we enjoyed most like mini golf a few times. All of the 4D attractions were amazing. Majority of the staff were friendly and great and fairly inexpensive food and drink options available. We easily spent 5/6 hours here.

Nosotros fuimos con una amiga embarazada de 20 semanas y la verdad es que estuvo encantada.
Pero creo que la normativa del parque desaconseja que las embarazadas monten.

Are the rides here suitable for larger people? I need an extension seatbelt on a plane and would be mortified to be turned away after queuing. Thanks
