Well worth a visit to this little gem of a place. Suitable for all ages. Our first interaction with any staff was at the ticket booth and the young lady who was serving us was extremely pleasant. She explained everything and also said as we had no child we could get an extra go on another activity as we couldn’t use the soft play. She talked us through the closing times and how things worked etc. she also noticed our wristbands for our hotel and gave us 25% discount. the attention to detail at every activity was superb and we enjoyed everything we did. 4d shooting games were the highlight even if my aim was well off and had my butt kicked by what appeared to be a 4 year old! Drinks reasonably priced. I can’t comment on the gift shop or the water park as we didn’t use either. We visited on what appeared to be a quiet day so we didn’t queue for anything. If I was ever in the area again I would definitely return as both my husband and myself had a lovely day out.

Visited this park with my partner in September this year. It’s a fun little amusement park with a fun house, a small 4d movie, a couple of rides and a kids play area. The fun house is good but in need of a couple of repairs as a few things weren’t working when we went. And the attractions in it are pretty simple. (Be careful if you’re disabled as the floors are challenging in places and although you can skip them, that’s about 1/4 of the things you’ll miss) The rides are basically all the same. A 3D cinema with moving seats where you shoot at a screen. The snack bar is very reasonable and has a good variety of snacks. The staff at the rides are incredibly fun too Im glad We managed to get a good little deal On tickets because I don’t think it is worth the ful €30 per person that we should have paid. So if you get it on an offer definitely try it but not full price.

We visited this place on the last day of our holiday, two adults and three kids (12, 10 and 8 years old) and all of us really enjoyed the day. The park is open from 10am-6pm, we'd booked online before going and got there for opening where we got wristbands for the day. The upside down house is a definite highlight and the main obvious attraction from the outside, well that and the gigantic yeti mascot Boro climbing the hotel building just behind! The upside down house was a smash hit with the kids, some of the interactive exhibits could have kept us engaged for hours. The squinty rooms and the spinning tunnel were particular favourites, as was the magical glowing flower forest (love the "baby"!) and also the 3D shark bit towards the end. The wristbands included access to everything in Katmandu once, after the house we went to the dark rides and 4D shows.. these were good but rather similar in nature - go in, sit on a seat, put on your glasses, grab a laser gun and shoot things. There was a zombie show and two Wild West themed shows. The 4D cinema film we saw was Pinocchio, we also watched The Little Prince story which was great. We played a round of Expedition Golf as well which was fun, beautifully tended gardens around this and the weather was glorious which led to some great photos. The laser quest section was broken all day unfortunately, and we didn't do the splash park but that looked like it could have been good fun. Food from the snack shack was quite reasonably priced, we ordered one cheeseburger, one hot dog and two servings of chicken nuggets which all came with generous portions of chips. The Magaluf main strip is only minutes away though, and you can come and go as you please from the park, so easy enough to head out and get something else if you don't want to eat in the park. All in all an excellent day out for kids, and enough to entertain adults as well.

Firstly , if staying at the Meliá , make sure you ask for the discount which makes it very reasonable. You get a few experiences of VR and shooting, go ape, crazy golf and a ninja obstacle course. This is absolutely fantastic for children. The staff are really friendly and energetic which make you feel very welcome. There are a few shops here and some food trucks, they are value for money and the food is delicious. It’s immaculately clean inside and out and the music playing. gives you a really good atmosphere. Obviously this is not Universal Studios, so do not expect big rides or fantastic technology , but for the money, it is a really pleasant few hours and something I really recommend with the family

Amazing fun day. One of the best of our holiday with a 3 and 6 yr old. We have been to a lot of water parks in other countries and this was the best. Water section is 90 mins, but we knew that in advance from reading the reviews. We had so much fun on all the experiences. We were surprised as adults, that it was so good. Toilets amazingly clean and with young kids we tried all the toilets!! Food was lovely for what we paid as well.

Honestly there are no words to describe how amazing this hotel is and what fun we had as a family of 5! It was my toddlers first time abroad and she didn’t want to leave we are honestly gutted to be home!!! The food, entertainment, staff everything was incredible but what we were most impressed by was the cleanliness of the hotel honestly we are returning this summer :) !!!! Thank you Katmandu xx

It’s not bad but absolutely not good value for money. Lovely staff. But the pictures of the water park - that’s it. There’s nothing more to it. Very frustrating having to wait for start times/entrance times. We were trying to negotiate nap times and ended up leaving early. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend

Came to Katmandu first time in 2014 happy to say it’s still as good. 4 of us went 53,22 2x 18. We bought the pass to do the whole of the amusements for 31.50€ each. There were things we would not do, splash park, soft play and a few more, so we traded the ticket for that for another game of golf. With the pass you can either spend the whole day at the park, or spread it over a few days, which I what we did. Would recommend for all ages especially the golf and Katmandu house.

Friendly staff, quick to resolve any concerns. The upside down house was a great attraction, my daughter loved the splash park and mini golf. We were able to use our credits across two days, so we had 2 days out for the price of the tickets

Me and my partner went on 10/06/24. We were greeted by lovely staff to begin with but the male in the booth of the 4D experience dressed as a pirate with his “turned into toys” crew mates on his clothing was particularly friendly and great to talk to and have a laugh with! My partner thinks his name is Ricardo but I’m bad with names so have no idea lol. We wanted to say goodbye but he was away working as we left but made our experience fun. Friendly staff, good experience and worth the time and money. It’s not big so don’t expect a whole theme park but it’s enough for a little day trip out.
