This little church is at the high point of the village of Deia, up narrow winding roads from the village centre. The route actually features tiled paintings of the individual stations of The Way of the Cross. There is a small hilltop cemetery right beside...More

Beautiful & well kept Church at the top of the hill with great views. Lots of interesting grave stones. There is a lovely picnic area too. Be careful of the man-eating donkeys wondering about- they bite!

If you have time it's worth the walk up to this pretty church. It's quite atmospheric with piped music playing when the church is empty. Robert Graves' grave is in the churchyard and is as important as his house to devotees. There's a little shop...More

A beautiful church with spectacular views. Attended the morning mass, very poorly attended. A simple service without singing. Having walked up the hill we were both having issues to cool down. So give yourself time if going to a service. Most interesting artwork and sculptures....More

Very nice church of the village overlooking the village, nice stone construction and architecture, and an enorm tower, the church is near a nice peaceful cimetary , and writer's Robert Graves tomb; This Iglesia is located on a hill and has a historical story.

Deia is one of the prettiest towns in this part of Mallorca. The church sits at the top of the hill and is a short steep climb up. Well worth it. There us a view back across the valley and the next door cemetery provides...More

There are only a few buildings in the town of Deia and the church is one of the more significant and sits at the highest place in the town. There is a local bus from Soller and the port and it is worth the visit...More

On the hilltop overlooking the old town. Most of the island villagers live at the other end of the street. The church looks like a citadel church with tiny Windows, the central part seeming to be based on a tower. Presumably to keep out marauding...More

While we didn't make it to the top of the hill we did see several specific signs and 'Stations of the Cross' signs marking the way to the church. All very interesting.

Morning mass was 10:30 lasted about 40mins. No hymns, no organ. We enjoyed never the less. Give yourself plenty of time to walk up.
