Always a great experience with Berganti. I got my timings wrong and was not going to be able to get back to base before closing time at 7. Called them and they stated just get the bike back at 0900 the next day without an additional charge. I also scratched the top tube on a AL road bike and it was not an issue.

Brilliant slick and easy bike rental. We ordered around a week before and made some additional changes a day or two prior to pick up. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently by email. Staff in the shop at pick up and drop off friendly and easy going. 10/10

Incredibly helpful!! Made sure everything worked and the bike fit was perfect!! They were proactive when a came to the bike fit and made suggestions and changes before I needed to suggest them. They definitely know what they are doing.

I've just hired a carbon road bike from Berganti. The Ridley bike was first class, everything was ready when I picked it up. I used it for a couple of days and found the saddle didn't suit so Richard looked me out several other options for me to choose. He fitted it, and adjusted it to my liking, lubed the chain as I got caught in the rain. He was such a helpful guy. The bike never slipped a gear all week. I was so impressed and can thoroughly recommend Berganti to anyone looking for bike hire.

The bike was available for collection at the start of the appointed day. It was quickly configured for my use - pedals, saddle and turning the stem. I had no mechanical issues with the bike. My equipment was removed promptly at the end of the hire. I particularly like that all the staff have some English, mejor que mi Español, and there is even a native speaker. They also provide a rescue service should you break down, although I have not yet needed to use this. I have used Berganti several times.

good quality bikes. set up was ok ( a few tweeks required) gears shifted smoothly Point to note, GPS that was hired only had life on 4.5 hours. consider power bank/charging cable if riding for longer is planned

Extremely easy to hire on the Berganti website! The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful in every aspect of the whole process! I can not recommend these guys highly enough! This was my first time hiring a bike abroad and i will certainly use Berganti again!
