We did the sunrise experience 😍. Very well organised. The evening before they send you a WhatsApp message to confirm the flight is taking place (if the weather is bad or vision is poor they will postpone until this is perfect to see the sunrise) A bus then collects you from your hotel and brings you to the "balloon airport" this is where you fill in a short form with your name, email address and weight in kg. They tell you which balloon you are in by colour and what side of the basket you are in (red/yellow). The experience was absolutely breathtaking and i would 100% recommend. The only thing i would advise is wear comfortable and cool clothing as it gets hot in the balloon and if you are tall wear a hat. After landing we helped the driver fold up the balloon etc and then back to base for breakfast, souvenir shopping etc. Then back in the bus to return to your hotel (the air conditioning did not work in our bus though, so it was very hot and uncomfortable) but its an easy fix and hopefully by the time anyone reads this it will be fixed 😊

Very well organised excursion. Collected at our hotel on time and taken straight to Manacor where the Company is, given explanation of the morning en route by Carlos. Registration was done quickly where you were assigned your balloon and pilot. The balloon flight itself was AMAZING! We have done ballooning previously but this was much, much better and longer too. We booked through TUI but the hotel we stayed at also took excursion bookings at Reception (we would have done this if we knew this option was available to ensure that the generated income stayed locally). We had a lovely long flight which had views for miles and were piloted by Ricardo who was engaging and explained about the upcoming World Championship that the company were attending in Slovenia - they currently rank 6th in the world. Upon landing we were given the opportunity to help pack the balloon away and then transferred back to base where we were provided with food and drinks, ‘baptised’ and then provided our flight certificates. Passengers are offered to partner with the team for €8 PP where you are given reduced cost flights for the rest of your life and a choice of t shirts - I would recommend doing this if you plan to return to Majorca and ballooning as it will save on average £120 per flight.

We went on the sunrise balloon ride this morning and I have to say everything about it surpassed our expectations.
From the moment you arrive the team can’t do enough for you. They make you feel very welcome and safe, but also make sure it’s lots of fun throughout.
Our captain Carlos was brilliant throughout with lots of interaction with the passengers, lots of information and lots of humour throughout.
The ride itself was breathtaking and the breakfast buffet afterwards really hit the spot. Would definitely recommend.

We actually had a really nice experience with a great pilot Yaros!
However it started out with a really bad experience with a very rude general manager Ricardo Aracil.
When we booked the ride there were information that there might restrictions on weight, age and hight. My husband is a big guy about 120 kilos, so I asked explicitly about that and it was confirmed that it wasn’t a problem. That would be taken into consideration when dividing people in the balloons.
We also had to inform about our weight twice when booking.
Then to our surprise we received a recommendation the day before the ride to upgrade our ride to Premium with an extra cost of 15 € per person (60 € in total for our family) because of the weight above 90 kilos. We replied no thank you.
The next morning we were then told by Ricardo that it was a requirement and we had to upgrade. He even said it was not allowed by law to have anybody above 120 kilos onboard. We said we didn’t understand that and had not been informed about this. Ricardo then got really rude saying we could just go to their website and check it, but he wouldn’t argue with us, so he would just pay himself and then demonstratively took out a wallet.
We didn’t pay but didn’t get any premium either!
He mentioned that we were a problem a couple of times more.
We got the feeling he was just trying to get us to pay more. If it was a requirement it should be stated when you book, not the day before or on the day of the ride.
We checked the website later and either the information was not there or hidden really well.
We did however find information about balloon rides in general on other sites and didn’t find anything about a maximum weight. But we did find out that you are not allowed to fly with kids under 130 cm. tall. There were a girl shorter than 130 cm. on the balloon ride with us. Apparently Ricardo didn’t have any issues with rules and payment for her.

Unfortunately some of the things what they write are true, but it is not true the reason of all that. All our team was quite angry with this situation.
They booked with an agency in his country , which sold and apparently asked for the weight. Weight is "all" by balloon. It is the most important use, for us it is not a problem to manage with this, we have a balloon for 14 people and flying just with maximal 9 people (this is the balloon that they got, and which I had to pay, to be able to take this passengers). Also to be able to take them I had to upgrade a family to this balloon with a lot of space to be able to take them.
All this is not a problem with this and we can handle very good with this, we really do it every day.. In our web we have the premium not only for people with a lot of weight, also for small people who has more space.
The day before we asked for the weight with a recommendation that people with more than 90 kilos , we recommend to have the premium option. This message is standard for all passengers, but it is not mandatory, and is it written.
They were the only ones not answering us, the answer was , we have already said (to who? an agency in UK?). All passengers did it. When they arrive to the balloon station, i asked if they din,t love to have premium and the answer was again very rude. I think, that they though that we sent this message to them, and not all the others. To avoid discussions we decided to pay for them.
Also I had to convence my pilot to take them, because weight is really the MOST important thing. Passengers with more than 120 kilos can be dangerous for others in windy landings, so that it is better to be in separated compartments (what they got!). Also in summer in very hot days it is every kg important to warranty the safety of the balloon. When clients are avoiding to say their weights, they are putting the other passenger and the aeronavegability of the balloon in absolutely danger. So, we were very unhappy with this clients. They could just avoid all this situation , telling us that they were more than 450kg all 4 together the day before and we could manage it, but not in the last moment before the start of the balloons.

Its our honeymoon, so thought this excursion would be a nice relaxing way to finish the week off.
Omg it was exhilarating and yet tranquil, the thought of being so high up was scary. Yet our pilot was so in control and calming, especially as my wife is not at one with heights.
We set of really early on in the morning, which was absolutely worth the missed sleep, the sunrise was unbelievable. The silhouettes over the pools of the other 2 balloons were breathtaking as was the view.
The whole morning was worth every penny, to add was very romantic.
We stayed in cala de sant Vincente which is very isolated and yet the team came to pick us up and dropped back to the door of the hotel.
Ricardo, our pilot was a true gentleman and extremely professional, making out experience so memorable. Thank you 😊

We pre-booked directly online, and received confirmation of time of flights, safety tips, etc on WhatsApp. The pilots were all very friendly. We flew in a larger basket (door at either end, great for restricted mobility), five of us, two other parties of 3, and the pilot, Riccardo, who gave us lots of information during the flight. Amazing views, so peaceful. We had to help putting the balloon away afterwards, which was good fun, followed by breakfast. Great treat!

Chose to go ballooning for my 60th birthday whilst on holiday with family.
The view was amazing, staff were very helpful, instructing us on how to get in & out of the balloon.
The only thing they could have improved, in my opinion would be to have more engagement in English as I seemed to be the only English speaking passenger in our basket & the pilot spoke mostly to the German passengers as there was more German speakers in the basket, but overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience & I would definitely recommend

Have just completed our sunrise flight over the island - an incredible, unique and memorable experience! Yaros, our pilot, was friendly, funny and extremely skilled! The team of pilots across the balloons and the staff on the ground communicated with each other throughout the entire journey and the pick-up vans were there to meet us at the landing point to take us back to HQ for breakfast (drinks not included). The pilots got us all involved with preparing the balloon… and packing it away again after landing (which was super fun!) - so be sure to not wear your Sunday best! Yaros, Riccardo, Marc, Jose and the entire team were fantastic… would 10000% recommend and will certainly be back again in future!

Impressive, honestly something to do once in your life, it’s expensive but it’s unique. The staff at the top, they speak French, English, Spanish, German, they really are at the top.
Carlos who we had with us was exceptional, he explained everything to us and presented Majorca from above. It was really great! Thank you so much!

My dad purchased this as a birthday present for me and we attended the Hot Air Balloon session on 23/08/2024. We had recieved great communication the day before from Ricardo about what to expect .
We were picked up by Jordi, who was amazing in getting us to the venue but also communicating to us beforehand what we could potentially expect . He was very informative . A big shout out to him !!!
We then got to the venue, checked in with Ricardo - great customer service and got allocated our assigned balloon - Great organisation .
Our pilot was Javier and he was amazing !! They even helped an 80 year old onto the balloon and allowed him to help control the balloon as a birthday gift from them to him . Javier was really knowledgeable and put everyone at ease on the flight .
When we came back we had a breakfast, which in my opinion is more a salad than a breakfast but it was good .
We then got a lift back to our hotel .

Hi.
You have to book in advance. In winter we reccomend to do the booking with 2 weeks or more in advance. In summer it is often enough with 2 days.
