Lovely little beach although It must get packed in high season. Clear water and lots of facilities. A really pleasant walk on the front takes you to the heart of the resort with numerous refreshment options

Beautiful white sandy beach. Rocky area at the quieter end which is good for snorkelling. Lovely for swimming as beautiful clear blue water - shallow which is great for children.
Couple of bars on the beach, public toilets and a fab frozen yogurt place. Sun beds available for hire, and lifeguard station.
Lots of German tourists as a predominantly German resort (but this wasn't a problem as English menus were found for us in the restaurant!)
Real mix of 18-30's, couples and families on the beach. Busy (especially in the afternoon) as we visited in August.
Lovely restaurants on the walkway overlooking the beach.

Lovely beach. Beautiful turquoise clear sea. Clean white sand. Life guards on patrol. Nearby cafe and restaurants. We visited in April so relatively quiet. Our favourite beach of the area. Recommend

Was planning to visit Cala Ratjada, just happened to get off the local bus at this little resort. Lovely area with some great cafes and amazing views of the mountains, sea etc. Lovely clean today resort. Liked the beach bar on the beach everyone looked to be having lots of fun on the beach, but we were only on a sightseeing trip.

This waterfront overlook and path winds along some of the prettiest spots to give you a view of what you might like to do next. Lots of German tourists, good restaurants, fun little shops and music!

PLAYA DE SON MOLL is close to central CALA RATJADA and it,s port.
PLAYA DE SON MOLL is urban and can get crowded but the fine sand and low cliffs make it a pretty spot and the attractive coastal path south to the other southern beaches and coves: PLAYA ES CARREGADOR and FONT DE SA CALA and CALA PROVENCALS starts here and makes a fine walk for one or 2 hours following the coastline.

Busy beach with cafes & bars, parasols & sunbeds (€7.90 each). Minimart at head of bay surprisingly cheap - cold beer €1. Lovely place to chill all day.

I know it is a beach but definitely worth a visit! The sand is soft and then the waves crash against the beach. Once past the waves the water is shallow and calmer but the crashing waves are great fun. The sea is clean and clear.
There is a small shop onsite but the beach is a few minutes from the Mercadona and Lidl so no hardship.
We walked from the hotel and passed a nice little pebble beach plus some lovely coves with clear turquoise waters.
