Samantha was really welcoming and the horses were lovely and calm for our 11 year old through to our 76 year old! A perfect way to spend a morning of our holiday. - Charlotte T7 contributionsLovely ride for all the family in stunning sceneryWe had a lovely one hour ride in stunning scenery, through the woods and onto the beach. The horses were all very calm and well behaved. Samantha made everyone in our group feel comfortable and confident for the ride. A bonus for the kids was a lovely welcome from Lindy the dog.Visited February 2024Traveled with familyWritten February 15, 2024

We were with an excited 8 year old and she came home very happy. The horses were great and obviously well loved and looked after. We were very excited for this ride, but as soon as we entered the ranch we were met by three people who did not welcome us in a very pleasent way and almost only speaking german. The ride was not guided by a professional, and didn’t really take care of us ( thank god riding and teaching horse riding is my profession ) and therefore my student and I didn’t feel completely unsafe. I would defenitely not recommend this place for unexperienced riders. The path was really nice and the horses were not too badly trained and manteined. We weren’t asked once if we liked the ride or the horses or if we had a nice time, all they cared about was the money so much that when we went to change our boots and get the money from the car ( telling them we would be back in a minute ) they ran after us to make sure we weren’t going to leave without paying. After paying, the responsible for the place turned around and walked away without even say thank you or goodbye

Arrived all excited for mums 70th birthday to be greeted by a female representative with a hostile attitude not welcoming or friendly in any way! We were all beginner's and informed them to which we were given no help or much instruction on how to mount a horse. My sister is fluent in spanish but my other sister and mother was not and the staff did not try to communicate rather grunted at us. My sisters horse was very volatile as she was mounting it and the guy Simon had to smack the horse in order for her to stand still. When everyone was waiting to leave for the tour all horses were congregated in a pack which made the horsers nervous. As the representatives started to talk my sisters horse bolted and reared up causing my sister to be crushed between the horse and a tree causing her alot of pain to her back and legs. To my disgust there was no apologies and concern rather making my sister feel pathetic. During the trip the young boy Simon was on his mobile rather than being attentive. The tour was very scenic but not professional. Not recommend for a beginner or dont speak Spanish.

Me and my boyfriend went here horse riding, I am an experienced rider with my own horse and my boyfriend is a complete beginner. I was so looking forward to riding the horses as they are well looked after gorgeous animals. Nevertheless, my boyfriend told the guide that he could not trot he was nervous, within 5 minutes the guide made our group trot - my horse started bucking throwing its head and genuinely getting aggressive and wild. It continued like this, I like riding but even I was getting nervous, my boyfriend was distraught and worried for my safety and his because I was near his horse, he got off and the guide began to laugh... the guide mocked us to the other guests and made us feel embarrassed and worried. I eventually changed horse to the one my boyfriend had as I could not sit on such a dangerous animal. My boyfriend then had to walk for the next 2 hours. The guide continued to mock us until we got back. I was so horrified and embarrassed we just paid and left afterwards, I would usually take pictures and feed horses but I could not stand to be there one second longer. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. So unwelcoming and rude.

We booked on a two-hour ride. Despite my having told them that I've had lots of riding experience and my partner is also fairly experienced it was decided that we should stay at the back of our group of six. (I can only guess that this is because the two ride leaders didn't speak English so this was a safer bet for them.) The first three went off for a proper ride and we were led by a young boy of no more than 13 for a 'poquito trot'. The young boy was a bit flummoxed by a tree in our path and tried to take another route, getting lost. He then asked if I had a mobile phone, which I was happy to lend him. Unfortunately, he didn't have the number of the ranch, expecting me to have it in my history. I didn't, so we headed back the way we'd come. He looked quite worried. Had we been in any real trouble we really would have been up the creek; I'm not sure what a school age boy with no means of contacting anyone could have done if one of us had been injured (or indeed if a horse had). We did meet up again with the other three (by accident) and rode back together. In my view, it's irresponsible to have a child leading adults on a horse ride - dangerous to the child and to the adults. It was a pretty boring ride all in all. The horses were fairly skittish and attempted to rear on several occasions - luckily we had the skills to prevent this but less experienced riders might have been thrown.

We went for a sunset ride. Regarding the fact that my friend has never been on a horse before and we let them know in advance, we would've expected a slightly different experience. We didn't exactly feel welcome. The horses are all well taken care of, no doubt. We didn't really get any instructions, were just placed on the horses. Starting off walking and getting used to the horses was fine, but indeed the guide made us gallop since one of the riders requested it. I think the guide should've checked on all of us if we're comfortable enough to do so. My friend nearly fell off not knowing how to sit right. As a beginner, you'd expect to be looked after better. Maybe experienced riders feel more comfortable here.

We chose the 2 hours horse riding for only 35 €.....the experience is amazing.....beautiful horses and a beautiful walk trough the Mediterranean nature....you see all the beautiful around cala ratjada....like cala Agulla.
The staff is kind.At the end of the excursion they offered also something to drink.
I really recommend this experience if you are in Mallorca.

I am an experienced rider and was appalled at this place aka Eddys/Eddi’s Little Western Ranch.
The lady in charge was beyond rude and unhelpful, the horses were run down and sad, the equipment dirty and in disrepair. Felt terribly sad for the horses being subjected to such lack of care.
