This restaurant reality is the best and such good value and is situated at the El Chaparral Golf Course so really does have amazing views. The food is really fabulous and the owner and staff really friendly and professional. There are some special menus on Sunday €20 for 2 courses and €23 for 3. During the week there is also... More

The course is interesting, no doubt, but the facility lacks good management. Having access to the buggy just 10 minutes before start creates unnecessary stress. Most of the holes can be marked better. I guess we spent at least 40 of the 4:30 hours on the course looking for directions. It was our first visit and it did not encourage... More

Fabulous course with breath taking views and a variety of differing holes to test any standard of golfer. Having played the course each year for the past nine, it was possibly in its beat condition this year. Improvement work was in progress on the tees but fairways and greens were excellent. The course always seems to beat me, but each... More

As a 1 handicap golfer I have played on many golf courses around the world. This one was tight for about 5 hoes (seemed too tight) and then opened up a bit to have some good holes... Took 5 hours which is the standard time for this part of spain and was pleasant. However the greens and tees were dreadful.... More

The setting for the restaurant is superb. Sitting above the trees with views of the mountains behind and the sea in front. I ate Cullen Skink (smoked haddock and potato soup) followed by sticky ribs - which just fell off the bone - and finally chocolate brownie with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce and for 20 euros.

I have played El Chaparral on many occasions but, never in February. The staff at the course were very friendly and the on course refreshment facility was fairly priced and good quality. The sun shone for us during the day, making the views even more spectacular. The course was in a good condition, with true running and receptive greens. I would... More
