Could not fault this place if paid to do so. The food is delicious, freshly prepared with prime ingredients. Service is discreet and impeccable. The atmosphere is sublime. If you are a discerning diner you will not be disappointed. A real gem!

My son had been here before and recommended it to us.

We decided to eat early evening and arrived about 6:30 to be warmly greeted by I assume the owner. He didn’t speak much English but we had our own Spanish speaking son with us ..... I am not sure he is understood all the time but between them they did the order.

Well it was delicious dishes were out as and when ready so everything was freshly cooked.

Very reasonably priced and good food - highly recommend this restaurant.

The couple who run this intimate little restaurant are complete stars. They deliver consistently high quality food and drink and we often over order due to so many starters being just incredible and totally edible!

We visit on every visit to Mojacar, so maybe 3-4 times a year and have never been let down by the quality of the food.

Cant recommend highly enough.

After reading good reviews here and on Mojacar Forums we were really keen to try. Lovely outside Patio and beautiful inside with a massive wine selection and amazing hams. We tried a variety of mixed tapas generous portions and delicious. Chorizo in red wine and garlic prawns were our favourites

Went twice, sizzling prawns and steak on first visit, mixed Paella on 2nd. Steak was massive and beautifully cooked. Paella for 2 was delightful, order the day before. Great selection of wines, we had a nice Tempranillo for €10. Apple tart for desert was very nice. Lovely waiter/owner, would thoroughly recommend.

After a few unpleasant experiences in restaurants in Mojácar we stumbled upon this gem of a place. We sat outside where there are a few tables in a relaxed atmosphere with lovely decor. Out waiter, or possible owner was the only man on deck but done the most wonderful job at making our experience brilliant- despite his lack of English, he was so friendly and sweet. We got 5 dishes between 2 people but could have done with 3 or 4 as portions are very large! Our waiter did tell us we were ordering too much and we should have listened to him! 1 portion of Spanish omelette contains I think 4 big slices for around 4 euros. We also loved the white wine sangria. Our favourite place we visited throughout the week.

We visited on 3 separate occasions, and it was never open, despite the times being on their web site.
Eventually we got to try it,after wanting to see what the hype was about !
Its over rated, and disappointing. Ordinary fare, at not so ordinary prices.
Much better places to go, if you just get off the 'strip'.

My partner and I enjoyed an evening meal of tapas here. The restaurant has a warm, inviting and romantic atmosphere with traditional dark wood panelling, legs of ham hanging from the ceiling and bottles of wine lining the walls. All dishes tried were excellent quality. We highly recommend trying the spicy black pudding and the Iberico ham. We will definitely pre-order and try a paella from this restaurant on our next visit.
