I queued more than 5 hours today to buy Coldplay tickets. Only 2 booths open. Your security kept letting anyone with children or for any completely arbitrary reason ahead in the queue. After watching this for 5 hours we left in disgust! Peoe were deliberately bringing their wives with kids and their elderly grand parents so as to jump the queue. This not an essential service such as medical or transport. This is to buy tickets to a concert tickers! You don't see this completely nonsense at FNAC!

Come here to be ignored and leave hungry without service.

We came to celebrate a goal, only to be ignored at a table in front of a server’s station in the middle of the floor. We sat for 10-15 minutes and watched everyone around us get served, get orders taken, get drinks, get menus, etc. we made eye contact with several waiters who simply looked away and kept going, only to pass our table several times.

We finally had to raise our hand, then shout ‘descolpe’ to get the host to look at us again. He finally brought Portuguese menus, then asked if we’d prefer English, which we said we preferred. Instead, he gave us Portuguese menus that I worked on translating (was happy to try). Waiter standing next to me was asked in Portuguese if he would wait on us and refused (isn’t it great when people think you don’t understand and say things they don’t want to be caught saying?)

We were ignored multiple times and got up and left. I tried to catch the host on our way out, who told me to Wait so he could talk to the sole person in line at the door who just arrived.

We complained to the service department downstairs using service ticket A088, got a very disinterested representative who they ok no notes, requested no information, and seemed to be looking at the line behind me with more interest (despite our desire to purchase new clothes and shoes).

Come here only if you are a local. If not, you will be ignored and just plain mistreated. Management does not care, the waiters will serve whom they want, and ‘customer service’ just wants to get through the line. Take your money elsewhere, unless you want your day wasted.

I bought a sofa in store. The expected delivery day was supposed to be 10 days. After calling several times I was told the sofa was lost and they could only be able to deliver in plus 1 month.

I don't recommend anyone to order there a product and leaving without it as they will be late to deliver it to you.

We visited here during a trip to Porto, looking for some classy clothes for a special night out.

The store is on several levels and includes several clothes floors, plus food court and supermarket.

We found some great clothes from an extensive brand selection. We also had food, excellent suckling pork cooked Portugese style with strong pepper sauce accompaniment.

Recommend for a visit. Only a few short tram stops from central station, Sao Bento.

We got the free transport which leaves from either the top or bottom of the bridge on the side with the cable cars. You can book return once you arrive. I think there are 10 floors of goods and its a really nice place to shop and eat but even with the advertised 20 percent off it still works out very expensive

Great high end shopping mall, has some mid luxury items like mk, fuels and the likes. decent selection of watching jlc, and breitling. Good selection for men’s clothing as well Armani, boss, Burberry, zenga. I’m never impressed with the selection for women, they do have boss, max and Mara, Armani, and a few others but the selections always seem lack lustre. The kids selection though is brilliant you can find some great sales especially for boys, I love the boss and lagerfield stores for boys always great prices. If you are from North America the cosmetics esp perfume is always a good deal as well. I would suggest to pay for everything at customer service as they are more likely to give some extra discounts, so ask for all your items to be brought down and they’ll give you the bar codes to scan. Also be sure to get your tourist card for tax free that you can get sorted as you pay at customer service. There’s a nice grocery store and some decent food choices for lunch, just skip the wok place it’s not close to being authentic.

We caught the metro to this shopping centre which stops directly outside. It is a very nice upmarket shop and nice to look around, even if you do not purchase anything. The Gourmet food section was interesting. The only negative was the quality of the food in the food hall which was very poor.

This shopping centre is over rated in my eyes. My kids (13 & 15) and I set aside a day to shop in a shopping centre and made the mistake of visiting here.
Each floor has several brands spread out seamlessly but all were very expensive. Hardly and recognisable UK brands and many we had never heard of.
When you pick up t-shirts and jumpers and the price tags were from €95 upwards we realised this wasn’t the place for us.

Huge shopping centre with massive selection of clothing- some designer, some fantastic reasonable house brands. Huge supermarket on the ground floor also selling fresh foods, sushi, etc. Various fast food outlets too. Must be seen. Tip - don't forget your passport to claim back tax / discount on 2nd purchase. Trust me, you will likely buy something on each floor😀
