Seriously the best harbor tour we’ve ever had anywhere! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and a great speaker. The staff was so friendly and made the trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this company and suggest that folks tack on the combo ticket to tour the USS Wisconsin. Well done, Victory Rover!

I saw the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and was a little unsure what to expect with the current COVID-19 situation. I should not have worried. It was excellent! Well worth the money. My 75 year old mother and i had a fantastic time. The narrator was extremely knowledgeable. We had a great view of the ships. The boat was comfortable and the crew wore masks. All of the passengers were required to wear masks while in the cabin and were encouraged to wear face coverings upstairs where it was uncovered (not required). Out in the open air with the breeze blowing it made sense not to require the masks. Social distancing was enforced - seats were blocked off. I had a great time. We also toured the USS Wisconsin afterward. Also worth doing! 5 stars for that experience as well.

Absolutely screwed everyone sitting on the port side of the ship! Every attraction (especially naval base) was viewed off the starboard side of the ship. When the ship turned around, they rolled of the throttle and went out into the middle of the channel. When the operator replied to my previous review on another site, he stated " Like any sightseeing operation there are some spots that may be "better" but with the way the ship is laid out and the fact that you are free to move around I don't think we have any bad spots on board." Complete NONSENSE! All other sightseeing tours give both sides of the ship/plane equal access, Victory Rover does not!!! Plus, you cannot move around because they have "< no standing >" clearly painted on the rails of the ship AND covid rules apply. All they had to do was turn around and give the port side a few minutes of picture taking oppurtunity, but they don't, and they misrepresent the truth. I absolutely guarentee you'll be mad if you get stuck on the port side of this so called "tour".
