Continues to decline. Many exhibits remain closed. Place was filthy today including rest rooms and huge dust piles on steps. . Restaurant now permanently closed so NO place to get a snack or even water since fountains not very functional either. Member check in is a major production- Show digital card (which you don’t have if not you) plus license plus then have to wait for them to keep entering things into computer then you. Have to sign a receipt. No other venue in Hampton Roads is so complicated to admit members. Certainly don’t feel valued.

We attempted to visit this attraction. We are driving a pickup since we are tow king a travel trailer (trailer left at campground). Traffic horrendous! What was supposed to be a 30 drive was over 1 1/2 hours. Then, the only parking is in parking garages which only allows vehicles less than 8’ tall. Pickups are taller than that. There’s metered parking on streets but only for 2 hours max and this museum would take much longer than that. We ended up leaving. Was one of the things my husband really wanted to see on this vacation. Very disappointed.

Visited before going on the battleship. Even tho' the kids are in their 20's, they thoroughly enjoyed the hands on exhibits .

I had heard about this place and I must tell you I was underwhelmed. It was not made for someone with naval knowledge. The exhibits were basic and not very informative. I leaned virtually nothing new. The Battleship Wisconsin was nice, but frankly I enjoy touring the North Carolina in Wilmington, NC. It had better access. If you know nothing of naval history, I would suggested it. If you do know something, there are better places.

This is really an interactive museum for kids of all ages. There are many hands on displays from planes to boats that kids and kids at heart can experience. Lots of things to read and there is an adult museum as well. It takes you from the beginning of the Navy to present day. We enjoyed this part as well as we read many of the displays.

This is a historical nautical museum and is fantastic. It contain many artifacts and models of not only United States Navy history but that of many countries and areas of nautical history. There are large models of ships from years gone by, It is a fantastic nautical museum.

This is a must do if you are in the area. The Nauticus museum is fun and very informative. But, the battleship is amazing. We were able to go down inside the living quarters, kitchens, showers. So amazing.

Wasn't expecting this big of an attraction, had to rush through it, but there was lots to do for kids. This is also where the battleship's gift shop is.

Great museum with several interactive exhibits on ports both naval ports as well as shipping ports. Being able to walk through a battleship was a lot of fun for our kids as well.

This is a fantastic museum and a wonderful tour of the battleship. We enjoyed a tour with a guide on the ship and it made the experience even better.
