Our visit was very pleasant with the gypsies being so friendly and joking with us. Plenty of stalls to look around. One stall was interesting to watch the family making their leather goods. Prices really good and quite often you can barter with them

Perfect to pick up small souvenirs. A lot of fake clothing apparel and bags if you’re into that too. Some dodgy characters floating about offering “smokes and rolexes” and the police only stand at the entrance.
It is a good large market, very busy at peek times plenty to look at but is a bit repetitive. You can get hassled by the stalls to buy but I just said no and they was okay about it. Haggling for price can happen...More
The usual market stuff...bags, shoes, towels etc. We were looking forward to haggling but most vendors wouldn't budge. If that's the price then so be it but usually you get to haggle at markets as that's the point! No veggie options at the hot food...More
