Our tour group stopped here on a Sunday for an overview of how olive oil is made and the type of advanced equipment that is used to manufacture it. Due to it being a rainy day during harvest season, there was no manufacturing happening at this time. The guide provided an excellent explanation of the process and then invited us upstairs to sample 3 of their oils along with explanations about each of them.

Emmanuelle was very knowledgeable and polite. We learned a lot. However, the 2 hour lesson and the tiny bit of oil provided for the tasting is not worth the 88 euros. We were expecting at the very list a tiny bottle to take with us.

We wanted to try some olive oil as we read that there's a lot of tasting in the chianti.
We were recommanded this place and we're not disappointed.
The lady that received us was very nice and gave us a lot of informations about the different oils, the taste, the Chianti and Italia in general.
We didn't expect the olive oil to have such a taste, soft and spicy at the same time.
It was a première and we don't regret it. We learned a lot.
Thank you again.
