Hi,Yes you are walking inside the gorge for a few meters. There is a cafe in the beginning where you can sit. I would recommend 1-2 hours.

Depends on the time of year. We go in June and it was fine. August would be busy A’s Italians take there holidays then I’ve been in November and it was dead
