Beware bare feet...while the water is cold, the sand and pebbles of the beach is hot. The water is fairly calm and the edges are shallow enough for young children. There are some areas open to everyone but mostly there are private spaces where you...More

Didn't think much of the beach, the other towns close by have better beaches. Very few good restaurants near by and the beach has a lot of rubbish around.

The beach itself is very small. The view of the hills is great and the city itself. We had so much entertainment it's a quiet area abd good for family.

The Cinque Terre card (which i recommend, gives you unlimited access to the Cinque Terre trains for the day) can be purchased directly at the Levanto station. Crowds will be huge, though, so you might want to purchase them... More
