My husband and I did this cooking class and we can only say amazing things about it! Our instructor was Guseppie not only was he knowledgeable and helpful, he was also HILARIOUS! (so is his younger brother Giovanni). The food we created was so fresh and delicious! We definitely recommend this class.

This was one of the highlights from our trip to Amalfi. Valentino was the consummate host, the farm was quintessential Italy and the things we learned from the cooking class will be put to great use. We also met so many wonderful people from all over the world. You definitely need to do this when visiting the Amalfi area.

Valentino's cooking class did not dissapoint! Valentino was really welcoming, informative, patient, and taught us how to make amazingly delicious pasta, mozzarella, and tiramissu. He has amazing views of the coast from his farm and even treated us to his homemade wine.
Highly recommend if you have time to take one of his classes!

I felt very honoured to visit this stunning authentic farm and be served the most wonderful local produce by Valentino and his sons. The food and drink was exquisitely prepared with passion and creativity…grazie.
