If you want to get the full sailing experience - Naxos sailing will definitely fulfill your expectations. You get to see beautiful spots around Naxos and Paros and you get the chance to actively participate in the sailing trip. Be aware that George has clear expectations and will tell you what to do ;) Overall it is a great combination of fun, relaxing and actively seeing some beautiful spots around the islands! Highly recommended - thank you George!

What an incredible experience and a proper sailing excursion. Be prepared to help on the boat and know that the captain takes your safety very seriously - this is NOT a party catamaran! That said, it’s a blast and a total must do wonderful way to experience the sea. You’ll stop at a couple spots to snorkel and then get a solid couple hours in a small seaside village on Paros where you can eat, shop or continue to swim. Pack a windbreaker if you can and if motion makes you sick, you might want to re-think a small sailboat.

Amazing experience, Captain George was super fun and generous, provides all equipment (snorkelling etc) and leads and all round spectacular day!! (Which captain takes photos of and provides you with a dvd full of memories and the end of the trip) Whether you want to sit back and relax, or learn how to sail George will accommodate for either. All things considered, including a lower price than all other boat trip, Naxos sailing is the one to do !

If you are the person that want to sit chill, watch the sea and eat a grill on the boat then you shouldn't book with George. George is strict? Yes. He likes to be in control, and always makes sure that everyone is safe and well seated and not doing stupid tourist stuff that puts in risk the trip and the boat, it can get very dangerous. George received 6 persons, a couple, two sisters, my girlfriend and me. Thanks to the wind we weren't just using the motor but actually sailing but not all the time, and a pretty high speed. Some people were a little bit sick on the experience. There were many waves and big wind, so we really get wet. But the hole experience was amazing, because for sailing that was a perfect day. George is a local from Naxos, his family is from that place and he has been sailing his entire life. He knows what he is doing, and he let us also learn about sailing. He also tells you the story of the place, and gives you some local Bourekakia cooked from his wife that are delicious. He also have a waterproof camera and snorkels, so you can take some underwater photos that look great. First he took us to a lake in Paros where we could do some snorkeling and take some pictures under the water. Then we travel to a cave that has some fishes, and people doing diving. Then we went to a restaurant on the beach, and after some time on the beach we came back. George give us a DVD with all the pictures and videos.

I agree with Bellarude and Jana. Same issues. I now have another Greek sailing experience with a crew (note : crew) to compare with the one we had with George. George = rude and made us all feel like we were nitwits. All of the guests were horrified at the way he spoke to his paying guests. Today in Santorini we had a spectacular experience for a better price and were made to feel welcome and appreciated. Regarding the crew: George was it. We were safe as long as there were no issues. Nobody to sail us back if there was a medical emergency. Nobody to come to our assistance if we got into trouble in the water. Our fellow shipmates were awesome and we all kept an eye out for each other. Regarding crew- we were informed by the trip we took today that George was supposed to have at least one more helper. Inexperienced guests do not count. There is obviously a financial incentive to make us go to the particular restaurant, which I understand. Oh, and he was particularly rude to a guest who was finishing her coffee on the dock. It was embarrassing to watch.
