Funny little train crossing the southern part of the island to reach the west coast on the ocean side. Pleasant tour.

The train ride was great, my 3 &5 year old loved it! At the end of it was a beautiful unspoilt beach, which we had fun exploring. I’d highly recommend doing this trip.

Always so much fun ! Crossing the forest, a magical arrival on the beach of Maumusson. We love it ! You can pick up the train at Gatseau Beach, it's a shoter trip but it's also funny.

We undertook this trip on a cold, windy and damp day, perfect conditions to enjoy the magnificent beach at the end of the line. The little station originally was over a kilometre from the sea but now stands on the edge of the ocean as...More

This train line used to run to/from the salt pans, hauling sacks of salt to St.Trojan. It's been turned into a tourist attraction in 1963, and a fine one too. I took the train with my partner on our honeymoon, fifteen years ago, and the...More

This is a proper train - on rails not rubber wheels - and the only thing that could have made it better would have been steam instead of diesel. The perfect way to get to an outstanding beach is a 6km amble by train though...More
