very interesting place to learn about saler cheese. the talk film and demo were all in french but we were given an english fact sheet and only charged the group rate of 3 euro

Unchanged by the centuries this town is very much a 'living' town with hotels, restaurants,post office etc. The buildings are beautiful and the views are stunning, well worth a visit!
