- Evy V1 contributionEndless waiting due to staff shortages. There were only 10 people ahead of us to start the SuperFly, but we still had to queue for 1h30 because there was only one staff member to take care of the harnesses. This is only to put on the harness. Once at the top we waited another 45 minutes to actually start the SuperFly. It was already afternoon and we had only done one attraction, which is scandalous for this price of 57 euros per person! We did not do the Tubing Slide, because there was already a queue here. We heard many people complaining about this, as well as the climbing forest where everyone was waiting for the equipment. There is no flow in the park, there is always waiting and queuing, even though the attractions themselves are fun. Far too expensive tickets for what you get or can do!!!! And this is only due to a shortage of personnel. NOT RECOMMENDED!Visited May 2024Traveled with familyWritten May 14, 2024
- Camper280952149524 contributionsWe spent a day with 7 ( 4 adults and 3 children from 8 to 5 years). The idea was to discover the new dino course: it was a little disappointment. We thought we had a kind of escape game with a few small challenges to make. That wasn't the case. You will be asked to scan the + of possible terminals in an outdoor route. On the other hand, the dinos are fine. The other Things to do in the park are good for the children except the beaver dams where the water games were... without water. Disappointment for the children. The playgrounds are diverse. Things to do are OK from 85 cm but bcp from 110. Beware of the very small adventurers who could be frustrated... Last downside: 10,00 euros parking 😱Visited August 2024Traveled with familyWritten August 16, 2024
- Lisanne vKós, Greece4 contributionsOn Google (in several places) we read that this park would have the longest zip line in the Benelux. With this information we bought a ticket. However, you can't book ziplining separately, so we bought an adventure pass + zipline, which costs me a total of €53-, pp!!! If you have to pay €10 extra for just ziplining, you can expect something!! You get a special band at the entrance. You're not even checked for this at the zip line. Anyone who would not have paid extra for this could have joined too!! Extra waste of that €10!! Zipline was amazingly short and not worth your €53 at all. Other activities are moderate. Tubing slide you barely get ahead, having to get out halfway, to get down. At 14:00 we got hungry. So they are stranded at Bar Bru (one of the two eateries on the park). The kitchen was not open there, so we had to go to the other eatery. For us never again!!!Visited March 2025Traveled with friendsWritten March 7, 2025
- Mobile453919498981 contributionWe slept 2 nights in a SAFARI tent at Glamping Green field. Very comfortable, very clean, cushions and duvets + bath towels available as well as a small bedside lamp and a multiplug. The small terrace and its seating allow you to have breakfast or enjoy the fresh air outside. The parking is very close. The enclosure is very clean, the staff extremely friendly and friendly. As for Things to do, we did the labyrinth which is 2min from the Glamping. Super nice! The next day we took a pass to Adventure Valley (-10% off admission when we are at Glamping). We especially enjoyed the climbing (several really cool courses), the Tubing slide, the big zip line. The student staff really nice. Sunscreen dispenser, ice water in the toilet to fill the bottles. Back to the Glamping for a nice meal by the pool:)Visited August 2024Traveled with familyWritten August 14, 2024
- Arnoud R3 contributionsAdventure Valley Durbuy is a popular adventure park with thrilling activities and great food. However, not everything is perfect. This review will cover the exciting deathride, the tasty double cheese hamburger, and the issue with numerous wasps. The deathride at Adventure Valley Durbuy is an exciting and unforgettable experience. This long zipline provides breathtaking views and a thrilling rush. The equipment is well-maintained, and the staff is professional, ensuring a safe and enjoyable ride. For those seeking an adrenaline boost, the deathride is a must-try. The double cheese hamburger at Adventure Valley Durbuy is a delicious option for a meal. It features two juicy beef patties with melted cheese, making it both satisfying and flavorful. The fresh toppings and soft bun complete the experience. Despite being in a park setting, the hamburger is high quality and tasty. One major downside of Adventure Valley Durbuy is the large number of wasps. These insects are particularly bothersome around the dining areas, making it difficult to enjoy meals outside. Although the park tries to manage the wasp problem, they are still a significant issue. Visitors should be prepared and take precautions to avoid stings. In conclusion, Adventure Valley Durbuy offers thrilling activities and tasty food, but the wasps are a major drawback. The deathride and the double cheese hamburger are highlights that make the visit worthwhile. Improving the wasp situation would greatly enhance the experience. Despite this, Adventure Valley Durbuy is still a great destination for adventure and food lovers.Visited July 2023Traveled with familyWritten May 20, 2024

Fortunately, our best bartenders were there for hot chocolate afterwards. Really there, Martin and Colin they regaled us!!! Preparation and arrival: we bought the tickets online, but we never received confirmation. So we had to go to the cashier anyway (fortunately no lines). Overbooking obvious in the parking lot, about fifteen cars that turn in the crowded parking lot in search of a place when we arrive, half an hour to find a place, charged 10 € thank you!
We took the orange pass, €20/person from 85 cm, or €110 for us 5, for some really poor Things to do (see below), but the Dino mission, which motivated us to come, is included in it.
Dino mission: interesting beginning with the skeleton and explanations about the allosaurus. But then, suck: we walk in a small park with animated cardboard dinosaurs (the name is missing on half of them – the sign is empty, no explanatory sign beyond the name if it is present, and we do not know if they are to scale or not). The “action” consists in scanning your Badge in front of cases without understanding the point (otherwise having scanned your Badge to the 26 cases at the end). This sometimes triggers actions to point with a device at objects on the ground (eggs, bones,...), again without understanding the point (and it does not trigger any further explanation). Several screens were already down. In short, sorry but it sucks! The ad mentioned an “educational” experience, there is absolutely nothing educational about it!
Other Things to do included in the orange pass:
- Playground: nice but not at all shaded
- Maze Maze: eccentric, with on the way a bridge over the river to cross, which is not secure: unforgivable! If a child falls, he hurts himself on the stones because the river is very shallow there. Well, the labyrinth itself is made of divider panels, and some with broken edges, so we get out of it without problem. Here too, lame and not maintained.
- Course nets: fun for children big enough (>110 cm, >6 years), but it lasts 10 minutes.
- Kids Adventure: not done, I do not judge, but it seemed a simple route through the site (it is not accessible by stroller anyway).
And that’s it! In short, frankly, we are mistaken for a travelling wallet, and it is much, much too expensive for what it is. Maybe it’s better with teens and more Fun Things to do (not picking up the Awards), but don’t go with young kids, it’s too expensive and not good enough.

Had a terrible experience today with the Durbuy Adventure kayak. After payment and transport by bus to the departure point, you spend almost 2 hours with children in full sun waiting for kayaks. People kept arriving on buses while there were few or no boats available. The waiting men became very aggressive and the atmosphere became very grim. Children were pushed over when a dozen boats arrived. The very young and inexperienced staff members apparently found the situation funny and were unable to handle it. They also responded quite arrogantly to the - very polite - protests of some concerned parents. Zero stars. I strongly advise against this activity.

Horribly bad organization! For kayaking you will be dropped off at the starting point by a van. However, many more buses with people arrive here than boats... The result is that you wait 1.5 hours - 2 hours in the sun. People get tired and eventually aggressive to get their hands on the few boats that are available. Some student workers from the organization have to try to manage the situation, but are completely unable to do so. They just laugh at you instead. In short, the organization doesn't care one whit whether you get around to kayaking or simply return home from sheer misery. They should put a stop to the number of bookings, because there are simply not enough boats in circulation. Oh well, they just want your money!
By the way, the bus ride (in a shabby cast-off from De Lijn) also felt very unsafe! Other reviews report unsafe conditions on a climbing wall or forest where people can climb. It's only a matter of time before this organization receives very negative news coverage with some accident or incident!

Had a nice day in the park: climbing forest, Via Ferrata, Click & Climb, Fast Tag...
But in the afternoon in the restaurant La Fabrique we were seriously disappointed when we tasted our spaghetti bolognaise (€ 15). Cooked far too long (making it far too soft) and on top of that, completely tasteless sauce. The little sauce and the ground cheese (for which we had to ask extra) really had no taste. Horrible...
Too bad about an otherwise nice day.

Despite a reservation for a specific time (where we were also asked to arrive on time) we waited 1 hour 30 minutes with our young children under the blazing sun. For which reason? Not enough Kayaking. Adventure Valley therefore practices overbooking, to the detriment of the comfort and safety of its customers. Incomprehensible... never again as far as I'm concerned

Nice active park, especially for slightly older youth! After all activities were closed around noon due to rain and thunder, we received all our money back in the form of a voucher on the advice of an employee at reception. These are valid for one year or we were allowed to convert it to a dining voucher. Top organized from this park. Nice helpful employees!

Basically everything is arranged well, the bus transport to the starting point of the kayak tour and the transport back to Adventure Valley. But we had to wait 1.5 hours (in the heat) after our reserved time until we could get into the Kayak. There were too few boats, possibly due to the low water making the trips take longer than usual or because we saw that many people make long stops along the way. Staff really do their best, work hard and hand out bottles of water. I think they should take fewer reservations to avoid frustrations.

We had reserved this 09/09/23 2 tickets for a double kayak at 3 p.m. via the internet. We received the email with the instructions and then it was a disaster: the GPS address given does not correspond to anything (fortunately we are a little resourceful because otherwise we would have been in the fields), the instructions clearly need to be reviewed : difficulty knowing where to go for the reserved activity.
(As a reminder, it was at least 32° yesterday).
We took the bus which was clearly not suitable for so many travelers, some people had to stand up against each other. When we arrived there, a big line had already formed and we had to wait for no less than 1 hour 45 minutes in full sun without protection!!
Bottles of water were distributed after 40 minutes but there wasn't one for everyone so I didn't get any!
After almost 2 hours, we arrive at the equipment location where we realize that the staff is completely absent and disorganized: life jackets are thrown into the crowd, the barrier is not closed and everyone takes the kayak he wants (a family there had reserved 4 monos and took doubles). The kayaks have to be unloaded from the trailers by people, in short, a big mess.
We received no excuses either on departure or on arrival, and no gesture was offered to compensate for the inconvenience suffered.
It was the first time we tried kayaking in Durbuy (already done at the Lesse) and it was the last, we were so disappointed.

Very fun and fun kayak trip with your girlfriend
On the other hand, the service is mediocre, even zero... when we arrive we barely get a hello, we are told to take a vest and a paddle without knowing what size vest to take
And the worst was upon arrival. Because there were a few drops of rain, the staff who were supposed to welcome us left us unprepared. A very slippery floor upon arrival or a fall can be very dangerous for small children and no hospitality by asking if it went well or a simple goodbye 🤮

31 euros to do 1h30 of tree climbing (3 courses) it's a bit expensive!!! Not even gloves for this price, the children had sore hands. And as if that wasn’t expensive enough, add 9 euros for parking for however long you stay there! I don't advise. According to the teenagers, the courses are not great at all. 👎👎
