Unreliable training schedule/trainer
Feb 2019 • Family
I went two times at the morging and evening session. Unfortunately nobody was there. I was very disappointed because I had a high expectation in Ko chang to train Muay Thai. I don`t know how you can train there. If you communicate by facebook you get an answer after 1-2 days. If you like to go there at a short time, that will be very difficult. So, unhappily I didn`t train there. An another guy told me, he tried to train there as well. The trainer told him, that training will be not occur in the next days. He doesn`t get a clearly answer about fixed training times. At least, At the end I chosed an another MT GYM.

The prices are very high, usually the prices for a group lession are between 400-500 Baht. If you stay longer, you can get group lessions for 300-350 Baht/per day.

The Gym was shining from the far in a good condition.

Important: Ko chang is not a Muay Thai Island. You can get all the touristic things with muay thai (Fights, other Gyms or private lessons) But all the MT Gyms are not very professionals. At least you can read my other reviews of the other MT Gyms. I tried all.

The only gym on Koh Chang
Nov 2016 • Friends
We came with my friend to the afternoon session. Comparing the gym to other gyms in Thailand, the prices are high, 600 Baht for one session is expensive. You can also take morning session for the same price startig at 8 AM or both of the sessions for 900 Baht. The price is acceptable as it is the only gym on island.
We came to the gym and were alone, with no other sportsmen coming. That was nice, because the trainer was caring only about us two. We are training MT at home, so we are experienced. We had also few rounds of sparing with the trainer.
The location of the gym is nice with a seaview.

Great outdoor activities
Apr 2016 • Couples
Outdoor boxing classes help to try Muay Thai for beginners. Equipment is good, the boxing rink is so nice (6x6), Thai coach is professional sportsman. I was very excited trying this kind of traditional Thai sport activities.

The guys are great !
Dec 2015 • Solo
I did one training with them in Dec 2015. The coaches were great. On that day there were 4 of us, and all of us could get loads of personal tips and attention. It was my only time I did Muay Thai and if I had had more time I would have repeted it
+ the fact it was an intensive training
+ the men are wery gentle, professional (I am a female, I felt great comortable, safe and getting friends with everyone).

Good Luck,
Justyna
